Ramp the fans up on each gpu one by one and you will know the index.
A very stupid way could be :
- Start the system with other cards plugged, so that it boots.
- Preparare the atiflash statement with a random id, remove other cards 1x risers from mobo
- Launch the script, if it's the right id you are done, otherwise try the following number.
You can also boot with the other card and then remove those and use a remote control software to flash the bios with only the targeted card plugged in

Anyone know what would be the best way to identify what is my card id when using Atiwinflash ? Problem I have is that my card is not showing up on graphical interface but it's there and it's working (mining) just fine.
Does this card show up in HWInfo64? If so, the order (indexes) of cards in HWInfo64 is the same as in Atiflash. After identyfing the indexes turn off HWInfo64 and proceed with Atiflash. I suggest using command prompt and a non-GUI version of Atiflash.

Other problem is that my card is Rx 470 and in this rig they are not all the same card so flashing to wrong id would brick card. Already tried plugging only this card but in that case system won't boot for some reason.So what would be the best way to flash my card.
Have you tried to check/change risers? In some cases it can cause those kind of not booting problems
