There is nothing special about btc shares that warrants new thread because you can copy that of fiat currency but i feel you are talking about ico or ipo in order to raise funds for new project. I might be wrong though.

May be you need some king of a great project, conneted with blockchain. It would be better for you, to understad your key-abilities. May be you a great designer, or a developer, or a marketing-manager.
And then you can join some already started project, make an ICO and get the experience you needed. After that you will have shares of your company, and you would trade it.
That doesn't make any sense. Running a competent business does not involve knowing how to issue Bitcoin denominated shares.
Shares are securities, or fractional ownership in something. If you're running a business that's one thing, but if you want to accept investments then there are some basics that you should know by learning on your own.
