With that computer you probably can't earn anything at all.
Instead, if you bought cloud mining, it would at least be a little profitable.
You can join one of these sites:

You can simply buy the hashpower and start mining straight away.

what cost for this = how profitable 

It depends.
On PBmining, it is a mining contract that mines for you for 5 years. At the current difficulty, it takes around 2 and a half months for you to get your investment back.

On cex.io however, you can buy GH/s and sell them at any time you like. The bad side is that the price can change.

you could rent hashing power or use the vps to mine prime coin. Not much else you can do.

need help about best way to mining,i cannot do this at home for:

1-internet  limit

2- my PC  Dell initel p4

so ,is VPS good for that

VPS the only option for me

my questions:

1- best cion for mining on vps,in same time can exchange to BTC  

2- best Linux Distribution for that

3- best guide to follow  

4- do i need join pool
