He is talking nonesense. TPG was a premine and it was never a problem, as long as the Dev doesn't dump it will be fine. Also there already are premine coins on exchanges so don't listen to him.

Just setup the block reward as the total supply of the coin and mine it(premine it) by wallet while the difficulty is at 1.
lol now you got your 100% premined scam coin, there is nothing to test unless trying to build a back door which will be detected by many experts when launching the coin for public review.
