this is the right place. look for other bitcoin related forums and post it there as well. you can also invest a little bit and advertise on a bitcoin ad network. also a good thing is, if you give a good referral revenue.
I agree with the last post,there is no better promotion than making your faucet the best around,if you offer the highest rewards fast payouts and an easy to use site then people will discover your faucet and your user base will increase drastically.A good promotion will help a lot of course but i believe that you must put more efforts and spend more time in improving your faucet than anything else.
for me the best way to promote a faucet, is create a better faucet.
for example, if i see a new faucet with 100 satoshi claim with 30 minutes, more banner adv, captcha and more other, i close the page, but if i see a new faucet with high rewards, no invasive advertising, good % for the ref, i find to have more ref and indirectment i promote the faucet (already buy in adv for promote)

The best way in my opinion to advertise faucets, is to go where faucet users go the most. Some faucet owners do not mind placing Ad's
to other faucets on their site, because these Ad's pay for their faucet. Look for the cheapest rates at some of the bigger faucets and then
post your Ad there... {even faucet users can link their ref link to a Banner Ad, to build their ref network}

I see you already announced faucets on bitcointalk. You also can announce faucets in other forums. You also have to contact owners of rotators and faucet lists that they would add your faucets. You can also try promote faucets through ad networks like Mellowads or A-Ads.
