Yeah, Coinbase or Circle or there is Bitylicious they will all have varying rates so research them all before you jump into one.
neither of those are available in my region :/

it wouldnt be bad to share which region this is
cause coinbase is international
otherwise you could try to fund btc-e account with bank transfer but it's risky and it takes time (5 - 10 working days) depending on your country's banking system

so it should be available for you

just try it and you will find out if it works for you

You can have a coinbase account but you cant buy or sell btc on their site.

Try virwox or coinbase. Its expensive but trusted as far as I know.
