lol...

never use third payment, and the bank wire is the best way to deposit/withdraw. ( but btc-e charge a huge fee in it ) so i think you can find a better bitcoin exchange, sucn as lakebtc.

One thing you might be able to do is try linking someone else's bank account to the exchange. Using other payment processors leads to high fees, so a bank is usually the best option

FAQ says they take Payeer.com which you can load with Paxum for no fee apparently. Paxum takes ACH and other EFTs and cards. So Card->Paxum->Payeer(no fees)->BTC-E (fee? idk).

I would suggest linking your bank account, else you will be paying a hefty fees 2 times, first to deposit on accounts of those services , then a fees on the transactions you might have with those payment processors.

What do you mean with linking your bank account ?
That doesn't apply to btc-e. They only accept SEPA and international wire. Exchanges like coinbase requires users to first link a bank account to trade (you need to input your bank info).

The revolution will be monetized!
I don't know BTC-E, but if they take a money order you might try that. It is generally cheaper and safer than the convoluted systems some exchanges use.

I tried to transfer money to BTC-E but the money got stopped from my bank. So now I am trying to find a way to transfer the money. It don't need to be BTC-E. I can buy from any other exchange.

Which options are there?

1. Okpay
2. Egopay
3. Perfect money

which other way do you know ?

There are a few other company's that do the same but may as well stick with what you know, are you verified with any of the sites you mention? If you do not mind paying a little over the odds then try localbitcoins as it is pretty simple easy and safe or bittylicous is another one that is pretty good it is like i said though at a premium.

Well it depends on what exchange. Some accept other methods and some don't . BTER used to accept Egopay, before it got hacked.

It would be the best if you could purchase from a local BTC ATM or localbitcoins.com it will always be smooth.

I usually use BTC-e voucher to deposit money there. There are sone exchangers in my country sell it and the process is very easy.  Look out in exchange section here too, some users sell btc-e vouchers

as you mention btc-e, i preferrable to using voucher to deposit money
it is more easy and faster than deposit from bank
but you have to find a trusted seller or using escrow service
