I was wondering what is the best way to withdraw us dollars from BTC-e in Europe?
So far i was withdrawing to OKPAY account and i was able to withdraw money on ATM with OKPAY card.
Now its not possible any more. Are there any alternatives?

You don't withdraw USD from BTC-E. You withdraw BTC, then convert that to USD on Coinbase or Bitstamp.
