I have found a market place that buys such cards. However they pay 80%.

How would escrow work? Let's say escrow called PC World and verified the amount is there, then buyer claims that card has been used.
Maybe safer - escrow uses e gift card to buy whatever buyer wants to buy and then releases btc?

10% would be the most minimum. Guy has to pay you in btc, which is unrefundable. Then he has to buy the goods in PC World, which with the gift voucher probably means he only gets 5% value (PC world sells above retail right).
But if it doesn't work then he's totally screwed. So 10-20% discount, with escrow then for sure you can sell it. Just try it now, sell in digital goods.
