This campaign is well aimed and addresses the risk of reputation damage as gambling grows.

The gambling industry will grow as people are patronizing it, so this initiative is very helpful as we cannot prevent that someone could become an addict to gambling if they don't understand the risk. I guess awareness of the risk has to be consistently reminded and this campaign will have to live and grow more so it will reach all the gamblers in the world.

It's also important that they understand that they blame themselves than gambling when they gets addicted.

Well, it's a good thing to see another companies opening a campaign against gambling addiction. Though I haven't gamble that much but I can see some gambling reminders and gambling addiction awareness sometimes which I think these people are doing it consistently, but the sad reality is that people will inevitably play and gamble in the casino. It is very evident how casinos were growing each and every year before the pandemic. Even after the pandemic peaked one of the first establishment to open was the casinos.
Though, I'm not saying the people who enters to the casinos are addict, but the constant visit to the place is the beginning of addiction.
Well, I only hope it will be an effective campaign.
I would rather see it as a kind of concern which is bit pretending because they do know that the more gamblers or addicts that do play the more revenue that they would have.It is just they are showing off

that they are in concern about gambling addiction but deep inside this is what they are aiming or hoping for because they do know that it would really be an advantage for their business.

Its true that gambling industry is big and profitable which it isn't surprising that they would always prefer on making people addicted to it for having that continuous flow.

One more campaign about Bet Responsibly launch by Entain and Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has partnered with the American Gaming Association’s (AGA). That campaign is trying to educating sports fans and the core principles of responsible gambling. We know that many gamblers become addicted to gambling, so hopefully, this program can help them resolve their problem to be more responsible in gambling.

Hopefully, more and more gamblers can take responsibility for their money and themselves so the addiction among the people can reduce. And people will know that placing a bet in sports betting is fun but they must prevent becoming addicted to gambling.

More programs like this can help people have a responsibility to themselves and help them manage the budget and time to avoid the worst scenario that can happen to them.

I hope the only input that they have to the program is financial - get them to fund it but their name should be nowhere near the resources or education materials being used to educate people against gambling. There is not much education that needs to be done for "responsible gambling" - keep your bets small and try not to place more than a couple each week. If you're thinking about it every day then you probably need to stop it altogether for a long time until you can control yourself.  The simplest lessons to teach them would be finding lots of mathematical examples and relatable scenarios on how you will statistically never win against a casino that needs to at the very least pay staff expenses, advertises heavily and still walks away with millions in profits each years.

These kind of awareness campaign can save very little number of people from getting addicted to it but the majority of the gamblers are not going to take part in such kind of activities. There is no way to stop the gamblers from addiction unless they realise those things by themselves and bet with more discipline.
If that campaign can promote in many places that people can see, maybe many people will be aware of the campaign and want to involve in that discussion. It needs to be more active to promote such things to the public so they can see that some organizations and the government are trying to help people with gambling addiction. It requires awareness from the addicted people to gambling to realize that they really need help from others.

I sincerely support initiatives aimed at raising the level of gambling education. It would be cool if someone could fund a wider dissemination of this initiative through streamers on Youtube, Twitch, etc. promoting bookmakers and gambling. I believe that this kind of dissemination would greatly increase the level of responsibility of gamblers.

Just like most of us here, we are all hoping that success will happen to this intention to help more people to learn more
about the risk of engaging with gambling.
Well it seems you are right --take a look at us here, we are fully educated in gambling, the pros, and cons that we know, the possible negative consequences waiting ahead that we should avoid. All of that because we are educated in gambling, the same in this country that was implemented that kind of campaign, it will surely boost knowledge by their people and be responsible gamblers. Gambling is really helpful to the country, it will produce too much revenue that could help to boost the country's economy so banning instead is totally useless.

It will if the government is not corrupt and they will use the taxes for the betterment of their people.

We all might agree that having the right knowledge about gambling helps people understand both pro and con of this business,
most of us see the value in terms of economic help that gambling industry provides to the government.
Giving enough idea or information will allow citizens of the country to balance everything for those who are capable of setting limitation
they can continue playing and enjoying, while for people who can't this campaign will lead them to a much better outlook of possible
turnaround and the risk that gambling brings to their lives..

It is a good campaign program, when gambling has penetrated to minors and there are many gambling addicts at various ages then there should be an institution that is aware of and guides them.

It's a good way of showing concern about the raging issue, with institution to help informing the harmed that may cause
those young adults and other people who are involve to this activities, as gambling addiction is really one big problem to battle with.

They just need to realize how dangerous it is when gambling can no longer be controlled, and with a campaign like that I think it would be good to serve as a reminder to those who are already in the pit of gambling addiction.

With knowledge, they will have the chance controlling themselves not getting too much engagement, they can enjoy
without getting addicted.

Although basically the responsibility will arise from each individual, but with reminders from others, of course it will encourage them to be able to realize it faster.

Sure they will consider if there's a precautions that will give them idea not to allow themselves to this kind of risk.

I'm pretty sure that the gambling industry has grown bigger and bigger during this covid 19 pandemic. The high interest of people to try their luck at gambling has caused most of them to become addicted so that such campaign are expected. As I thought, the success of the campaign largely depend on the awareness of the gambler himself and those around him. Like some site that help gambling addicts recover their addiction, I believe the aim of the campaign is quite useful and will reach more people all over the world.

I believe any honest investment in this awareness is welcome, as much as people say it may not have much effect, I still believe it's better than nothing.
If only 10% of all gambling taxes were earmarked for addiction awareness or treatments, we would be in a much better place.

This is a good initiative and I admire people who are putting up this kind of campaign because it will surely be a big help especially to those who are getting addicted to gambling. It's really important to educate people especially gambling beginners about the risks of gambling addiction now that the lives that are being ruined in gambling are increasing.

Not to mention on how many program does it really takes up until now and I think there has been that exists already before but afaik there is too little effects it could brought up. I think the best mitigation in regards to gambling is more stricter rules on who would gamble locally and online, the government and these gambling house owners would be the one to work hand in hand but I doubt if they do since they care on the monetary side of things.

And its good to have that responsible gambling campaigns to remind those new guys that there's no good on becoming addicted gambler, although this will be hard to follow at first but for sure once they lose their money for sure they realize that its good to slow down thing especially on gambling.

More programs like this can help people have a responsibility to themselves and help them manage the budget and time to avoid the worst scenario that can happen to them.

No wonder, this is one of the biggest problems of the industry - the perception that gaming is in general causing tragedies and worsening peoples lives. While there is a bit of that, the fact is that gambling is a great economic engine of growth and the more liberalised it is, the more is going to be. This campaign is well aimed and addresses the risk of reputation damage as gambling grows.

The reason why it cause tragedies nor worsening to peoples lives is they expect to much on it and instead they used their last money for good they choose to gamble it then hope to make their money double that's why it became destructive but if they follow the responsible gambling suggested by government nor the people who advise you for sure we will never came to that point and instead of getting broke we will be entertain then have fun if we have control over our finances on gambling.

And people will know that placing a bet in sports betting is fun but they must prevent becoming addicted to gambling.
Indeed, sports betting especially football is fun, especially at the last minute for example: 60+ minutes with a score of 1-0 it makes quite happy if the end of the draw is 1-1, I will take home what I bet.

Talking about addiction, maybe for me it is still under control even though the chances of winning and losing are big, but still able to judge and make decisions, whether I should place a bet or not, what is clear is that I always use my common sense in gambling bets, so I am a little more relaxed and not provoked by a big addiction.

Maybe with your words about betting and addiction remember me that, gambling must be controlled by oneself, not vice versa gambling that controls us.

correct in this part, Addicted gambler will celebrate about this campaign as they really cannot help themselves from betting.

I wonder why and how people can easily become addicted in playing gambling s it because they are making good money from playing gambling or is it that they have anything to think about again.
Sad to accept the reality but most of the people that becomes addicted in gambling are the type of people in which very lazy in living instead they wanted to earn easily and don't wanna hard work to live a great life.

Quote
I started playing gambling since 2017 and I am not addicted to it. Is it because am yet to make a huge money from playing gambling or what lol.

As I did a brief quick read on this topic, I believe that gambling like any game can cause a certain kind of dependency in a person. I believe that creating certain "campaigns" to help this addiction is something valid, but unfortunately there are people who keep silent because they do not want to reveal that they have this addiction to gambling.
Hopefully, those people who keep silent and do not want to reveal their addiction to others will realize that they really need help. The government needs to be ready to facilitate this when many addicted gamblers come to them and help them solve the problem. When the program succeeds, sometimes the government is overwhelmed to anticipate the spike for those reporting. Besides that, their facilitation can not receive those who report if that happens.

This is great, there are some countries that banned gambling and this is simply the wrong way to go about this, creating campaigns to make people aware of the dangers of gambling addiction and how to prevent it and identify it is the way to go, after all it would be wrong to prohibit alcohol beverages to the majority of the population just because a few people get addicted to it and the same kind of thinking applies here, gambling is a really entertaining activity and it would be wrong to ban it just because a few people get addicted to it.

It's true that banning gambling is not an effective way, because after all people will still look for ways to be able to gamble even though
the government has banned it. A much more effective way is to provide education through campaigns by providing information about gambling
addiction which can have bad consequences. Then the campaign how to overcome and identify gambling addiction, it is much more effective
to prevent gambling addiction, not by banning it. I come from a country that prohibits gambling activities, but me and my friends can still
play gambling, so it's really not a good way to ban gambling activities to prevent gambling addiction.

The purpose of the campaign won't reach its full extent if other people won't participate and help the organization or institution that started the campaign.. Gamblers will stay away on this that's why if there's a person who knows some gamblers that already addicted to gambling, tell the institutions so that they can reach out to the gambler. Everyone should cooperate and not just rely on the goal of the campaign. Closest family and friends are the one that can see and noticed first if there's an unusual changes to that person who are into gambling.
That's correct. And if someone (friend/relative) do care about the gambling problem of a person then he must do what he can to provide help and one good step is to tell this kind of services about it.
A time may come when he will destroy himself and all we can do is regret we didn't act before it came to that point. It can prevent suicide attempts, being buried in debts, homelessness, destroying his own family, and a lot more reason.
Hardcore Gamblers won't tell but the people who surrounds him can.

A great program that can help every gamblers and not just those who are already addict in gambling, this can also give awareness to beginners about the possible risk of gambling. Some addict gamblers really don’t want to get expose, they just want to deal with this alone and I do hope that thru this program they can now have the courage to face their problems and ask for some help.
This campaign isn't enough to be honest, it's just an awareness campaign so it's not really that effective, I mean the addicted will stay addicted, and the people won't stop gambling even if they're aware, better if there's some real intervention like rehabilitation.

Not enough but at least they are doing something there. Rather than consider that as not an effective one, hope for the best that everyone will cooperate. For example, those concerned people that know there are gambling addicts around there can reach or consult the company Entain and Rush Street Interactive (RSI) to give assistance to those people.

There are already rehabilitations but that will give just additional stress to an addicted gambler if they will directly put there. That's where the RSI will help on the situation by doing consultation and deep talk first.

The initiative is helpful for those who really want to get help. Because if the gambler is unwilling to undergo himself to change, then, any initiative from government or any agency would only be futile. It still depends on the gambler himself what he wants in life. He will always find a way how to avoid such activity like this if he wants to.

The help should start at the closest person to that addicted gambler. It's right that addicted gamblers will not allow themselves to be school by this responsible campaign movement. Most are hard headed not until a close family of that gambler will talk to them nicely that they want to help to get rid of their addiction.

After some nice discussion, that addicted gambler will now be enlightened that he really needs to undergo a rehabilitation.

This program will benefit many gamblers, especially those who are educated and understand the implications of exceeding the limit.
It's strange how people who are unaware of the consequences of gambling usually seem to get lucky in gambling, since the curious are always so cautious in their approach but then, they loose everything just overnight.

This is a nice program at least for those who are addicted to gambling. I wonder why and how people can easily become addicted in playing gambling s it because they are making good money from playing gambling or is it that they have anything to think about again. I started playing gambling since 2017 and I am not addicted to it. Is it because am yet to make a huge money from playing gambling or what lol.

It's natural to become addicted to anything, especially if you're the greedy kind, it's not because they make money from the casino, the responsible gambler ones play too and it doesn't occur to them, they do it for the fun of it during their leisure time.
I don't believe there is anything natural for one to be addicted to gambling as one of the factor mentioned iny previous submission most lead to addiction. It seems like you don't know much about what is addiction and how it can happen to someone please read this reply from people who know more about factors that influence addition here

That's a good question, but I think you are right, people who have never win anything are less likely to get addicted than people who have won big prizes. When you've made good profits I think you start to think you can be lucky again and win bigger prizes than those you've earned until now.
Good to know that you mentioned "if you are greedy" in your submission and that alone will take care of your word "natural". To be greedy in playing gambling it can simply means you must have made some money and you want to make more and that process will lead to addiction.
Thank you to have mentioned my post as an example of "reply from people who know more about factors that influence addition"
I appreciate that  Smiley I agree with you I think the previous experience of the gambler is an important factor even if it's certainly not the only one.

That campaign is trying to educating sports fans and the core principles of responsible gambling. We know that many gamblers become addicted to gambling, so hopefully, this program can help them resolve their problem to be more responsible in gambling.

Truth to be told, Campaigns are just mere campaigns without actions. Though, I'd like the idea of spreading awareness. But in such, these campaigns are beginning to be a business as well. Despite the good intention, at the end of the day like what has been said above addicts will remain addicts without a proper program or rehab.

Having that said, it is still much better to have consulted rather than sending flyers everywhere. It won't help especially to those gambling addicts that have lost it all, to the point that they could care less or those addicts that think that they aren't one.

This is very nice educating people about gambling  ,it will teach one how to go about gambling and how to manage fund
If they are really serious with their campaign, they will try to educate as many people as possible and will not stop from that. I think the authority can see that this program can really help people solve their gambling problems and for other people to know how to treat gambling. Hopefully, the authority will support that program and help their people recover their lives from gambling. The government can also make another campaign to help to educate people about the danger of playing gambling.
A great idea and hopefully it will really help.
Educating people from gambling addiction will save how many lives and possibly down wealth. If this campaign will successfully be effected, I guess many countries will follow and do the same on this campaign, we know how our government protective their people not to become addicted in gambling, rather than banning gambling instead, educating people is the best option.

There are countries that will rather choose to educate their people than banning this business,

they still hopeful that by means of informational campaigns it lessens the people who got engaged with this activity,
they are aware of how gambling addictions affect their citizens, but due to implement taxes, they are not willing to give up.

Just like most of us here, we are all hoping that success will happen to this intention to help more people to learn more
about the risk of engaging with gambling.

when I read the title of the thread I thought they were talking about some rehab house for gambling addicts, I actually thought that some rehab house had received some partnership so that it was possible to have more financial resources to treat addicts, but when I read the thread I realized that it is not about this subject. so I fully agree that this news does not help addicts much.

A good initiative most certainly. It happens a lot of time when the gamblers don't understand their addiction when it becomes a part of their lifestyle. Providing information and psychological help certainly helps the gamblers beat the blues and come back to normal life. Most importantly the mental support is needed for the gamblers to come out of their addiction. Hopefully this association between RSI and AGA will do their part with integrity and help a lot of addicted gamblers to come back to normal life.

There are a lot of things one has to consider when you are into Gambling. Some people are unaware of the probelm as well and some people are delusional. The first part would be getting aware of the situation.
Being aware means you have to understand the first signs of problems with gambling. Here is an interesting questionnaire one can take, taken from nhs.uk :

Quote
Are you a problem gambler?
Try this questionnaire:

Do you bet more than you can afford to lose?
Do you need to gamble with larger amounts of money to get the same feeling?
Have you tried to win back money you have lost (chasing losses)?
Have you borrowed money or sold anything to get money to gamble?
Have you wondered whether you have a problem with gambling?
Has your gambling caused you any health problems, including feelings of stress or anxiety?
Have other people criticised your betting or told you that you had a gambling problem (regardless of whether or not you thought it was true)?
Has your gambling caused any financial problems for you or your household?
Have you ever felt guilty about the way you gamble or what happens when you gamble?
Score 0 for each time you answer "never"
Score 1 for each time you answer "sometimes"
Score 2 for each time you answer "most of the time"
Score 3 for each time you answer "almost always"

If your total score is 8 or higher, you may be a problem gambler.

Source : https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-body/gambling-addiction/

The second step would be acceptance and looking for help, you can actually do that through various online websites, most of them are available for free, even on websites like Roobet. We have an option to directly get redirected on the website for example gamcare etc, you will also have an option to talk with national landlines as well.

This is an important issue one have to address and be responsible for their own actions as well. Awareness and responsibility are the two important things that a Gambler should always have.

The onus lies on oneself to be responsible of their own actions be it gambling or another thing as well. If one cannot control themselves then the end may be near in many ways as its such a addition that people come on roads if not prevented at right time and gets addicted to it.

Hopefully.
Some gamblers would just prefer to keep silent on this. They won't take the new step to acquire help even if they knew what's going on.
I hope that this campaign is not just about waiting for them to come. It should be the other way around and they should be able to reach out.
Being shy about it will also be the issue, we cannot minimize the gambling addiction if they won't even visit. Friends and relatives will play a big a part in this if they knew what's going on with whoever they knew that has a gambling problem.
I think this is cool, if we are unable to stop them then just offer a plan.
I agree with what you've said because there are numerous addiction treatment centers, the majority of which are still operational today. The problem is that some victims of gambling addiction refuse to seek help because they prefer to handle things on their own. So I hope that the campaign is more than simply waiting for them to arrive; it should be more interactive and well-known in the public so that everyone is aware of it and those who are close to a gambling addict can assist him by approaching them and hoping that the campaign could act fast.

You can visit on here to see what companies are partnering with AGA:

https://www.americangaming.org/have-a-game-plan/

Hopefully, more and more gamblers can take responsibility for their money and themselves so the addiction among the people can reduce. And people will know that placing a bet in sports betting is fun but they must prevent becoming addicted to gambling.

More programs like this can help people have a responsibility to themselves and help them manage the budget and time to avoid the worst scenario that can happen to them.

This will only get favored to the most gamblers who like to play, isn't that right?
it can help to everyone if they win the games, but if not, of course it not helpful, instead,
it giving them a bitter due to loss of their fund in the gambling games. But if you are addicted unto
it, even you loss most often that doesn't matter anyway.

It is a clear picture that the government of the United States has the interest of its citizens at heart and with a campaign as this many would get sensitized on the dangers of gamble addiction and how it can ruin ones carrier and also give them full control of both their emotions and their resources. Its a nice initiative and I do hope it comes out positive

This is a nice campaign to spread awareness and can give knowledge especially to new gamblers to not let themselves to become addicted in gambling.

But being responsible on our actions will depend on each of us, even we are aware of the risk and the consequences, sometimes we tend to forget this warnings and follow what we desire and that is to continue to gamble.

I think it will be more effective if they have deep intervention to addicted gamblers and not just a campaign that any gamblers can ignore if they want to.

It is not easy for gambling addicts to change, they will think of winning and thinking they are unique and yet lose and lose often over time. This is a very good but the foundation of what is making humans to gamble needs to be tackled, it is now easy for gambling companies to advertise on TV channels that even kids are watching daily which ought not to be, gambling should not be advertised in this way, gambling should not even be taken to TV channels. Preventing this can also be good but also finding solution to what can help gambling addicts is also nice while also few people that have not yet started gambling can learn this and know how to control gambling than gambling controlling them.

It is definitely hard to change a person from the thing that he used to do if the person has no initiative to change himself first. But good thing that there's an organization which puts those gamblers in top of the interest. Let's appreciate the initiative of the organization which is not only a big help for every one who has already a gambling habits but also to those who just started in gambling journey, this kind of campaign is just a reminder to each and every gamblers and bettors to become more responsible.

this campaign may not help those who are already gambling addicts, but for those who are just starting, this will be a good avenue for them how to track their gambling journey. let's just appreciate the effort of this organization by reaching out to gamblers or potential gamblers via this program. i believe a lot of people have changed their gambling habits during this pandemic, some got worst while others may have totally avoided their games. but anyway, such initiatives like this is needed by some people. so take this as good opportunity to track your gambling activities.

The addicted gamblers who will voluntarily come for help deserve it, I guess they have learned the lessons.
The gamblers who do not come are the gamblers who need to experience the consequences first before they could realize they needed help. The people who learned their lessons the hard way are actually the people who most likely will succeed to change their vision and overcome gambling addiction.

This kind of campaign is always welcome and very necessary in gambling universe, because not every gamblers are aware about the risks and consequences a bad behavior and mindset can cause them on long run.
Indeed, with better campaign those people will be able to understand the high potential that may harmed them both financially and mentally, a campaign drive that will bring knowledge to have more responsible gamblers instead of letting those people to dive dip and unable to rise back.

Quote
In my opinion gambling platforms feel on their shoulders the weight of potential addiction their businesses may trigger in some people, so they partner with similar companies to take action against the problem, investing part of their profit on it. That is an admirable action from them.
An admirable action if they do really feel the guilt. There are some who are partnering just to gain attention, an act that will drive more interest and bring them more gamblers to play, and a possibility of getting into addictions.

Quote
I just hope this campaign and another ones of the same kind don't use the "responsible betting" slogan against crypto casinos, discouraging gamblers from exploring this side of gambling universe.
Newer and updated slogan that will give heads up into responsible gaming, not just the same one that annoyed people and forget about taking it seriously.

Not just some gamblers. Majority of the problematic gamblers would probably not reveal to their friends and family that they are already addicted and are losing big. So friends and family should know how to read the signs.
I agree, accepting their addiction is one of the hardest part since it involves changes and others are probably afraid that if they tried to reveal their gambling issue it could potentially tarnish their reputation and relationship between their family and friends.

That's a good question, but I think you are right, people who have never win anything are less likely to get addicted than people who have won big prizes. When you've made good profits I think you start to think you can be lucky again and win bigger prizes than those you've earned until now.
This is somewhat true, I remember there was a comparison about a scenario where one gambler starts winning several times in a row compared to the second gambler who lost it all.

Gambling is an activity that is synonymous with societal ills, so there are many obstacles that will affect the success of the campaign program. I'm not sure the level of success achieved through the campaign is in line with the expected target, but maybe such a campaign is really useful for those who live where gambling is legal. Yes it targets gambling addicts, but without self-awareness and encouragement from those around you then addiction may be difficult to treat.

Almost all the sites I've visited so far remind us to gamble responsibly. This means that there is something that gamblers must do to avoid a severe addiction that can lead to various problems ranging from economic, social, health problems to family problems. So everything needs consideration.

This is the most used slogan I hope they can come up with a new slogan that will suit the Crypto gambling casino, where every player can relate to and gambling casino operators will accept.

They should do this continuously and monitor the progress of the campaign this will help the industry and the new players from addiction, looking forward to an update on this ad campaign.

More programs like this can help people have a responsibility to themselves and help them manage the budget and time to avoid the worst scenario that can happen to them.

Any program or activity launched to combat gambling addiction can bring huge amounts of support to fellow gamblers or aspiring gamblers in general. The problem with most gamblers is that they feel they have no support towards their addiction. It is crucial that these gamblers have to feel that sense of security where they know someone would reach out to them and support them with their addiction.

Though this depends also on the part of the gambler and their willingness to be helped, the fact that these programs exists is definitely beneficial in the long-run.

There are lots of programs about responsible gambling have been made on the record. Are they really effective in the long-run? There's no stats we can rely on if this drive are really helpful to gamblers. But even with low effectivity, I salute those organizations that don't stop educating the gamblers. It's better to do something rather than just allow gamblers to become addicted.

The initiative is good and they will have my support. I just hope that their effort will lead to a good result. As we know, some gamblers are really hard-headed and can't be controlled no matter how we educate them about the risks.

Addiction is fine as long as everyone is responsible and has a stable source of income to support their gambling needs.

It should be the responsibility of the gamblers to be educated and with the help of the gambling community to educate its community on the harm of gambling addiction, it's the gambling community and the gambling industry that will suffer if there's a huge percentage of gambling addiction, it should be an ongoing campaign because many people are coming in gambling especially now that we are in a pandemic people are at home most of the time and finding something to get himself busy and entertained.

I believe so too, but some people will not know about it while gambling addicts might still even neglect it thinking they are special and can win what no one has won before but later knowing how they have become addicted and losing. But many of this campaign will surely help people not to be addicted.

Hopefully.
Some gamblers would just prefer to keep silent on this.
This is one of the characteristics of gambling addicts, they take things to themselves except people around them which are sensitive can be able to know what is going wrong, it is not easy to be addicted to gambling, but hopefully the campaign will help some people.

this campaign may not help those who are already gambling addicts, but for those who are just starting, this will be a good avenue for them how to track their gambling journey. let's just appreciate the effort of this organization by reaching out to gamblers or potential gamblers via this program. i believe a lot of people have changed their gambling habits during this pandemic, some got worst while others may have totally avoided their games. but anyway, such initiatives like this is needed by some people. so take this as good opportunity to track your gambling activities.

This sensitisation is needed it's not for gambling addicts alone its a campaign for everyone because no one who starts gambling plans on been addicted it comes with time spent in the business. I know this will help prepare the minds of gamblers on how bad addictions could be and also profer solution to those who has fallen victim of this killing trauma called gambling addition.

Its time to take responsibility of how much we risk to gambling

What do you really expect, all the addicts will be watching these programs and then analyse themselves and then come to a realization that they were doing wrong Roll Eyes . Anyone who is addicted will not be watching these warning signs, in cigarette there is a warning sign that says smoking causes cancer and you think smokers are stopping their habit after seeing those campaigns Tongue.

The choice is yours, if you want to have a normal life you will have a check on everything, if you are addicted how long you will be playing, unless you loose everything and then what happens, start from ground zero. Have some common sense in what you do and if you need any help, seek one rather than waiting for help to reach you.

More campaigns that will show effects of gambling if people will not play it on a right way or with a system management on how and when to stop. Gamblers will not consider themselves addicted not unless people around him point it out to them. People around them should be aware that they are in gambling or they can’t control their gambling. Hopefully there will be a organization who will teach gamblers whoalready addicted to give themselves a break away from gambling. Gambling will test us on how disciplined and responsible we are, it’s okay to do gambling as long as we have this two quality and it’s good there are campaigns which will remind us.

This is good. I like the idea behind it. However, contrary to what people may think, I believe that even people who are not addicted to gambling but know or have a family member or friends who gambles a lot should be interested in this too. This is so because the burden of care for a gambling addict in most cases falls to family or friend. It is for everybody.

A nice step though I seriously think they have to change the core of the activities they actually do. The idea should remain the same but the method they use should be somehow innovative or interesting for people. If it's just the same old seminars and whatnot, those willing to change and understand the risks of addiction would certainly listen, but for those who don't? Into the one ear outside the other ear. We see these kinds of things most of the time really, it's just that it's not the matter of what's the content but rather how to make the listeners actually listen and understand the content imo.
