What is your opinion about deleting posts related to the sale of bitcointalk accounts? I've also seen a lot of posts regarding the sale of skrill and bet365 documents
I will just point that selling documents is illegal (which usually come with bet365, skrill, localbitcoins, paypal and accounts of various services [1]) and if you see someone selling documents report them to moderator and they will handle it in no time.

Example:

Full Verified Bet365+Skrill Account for sale We are offering verified bet365 account with verified skrill account(EURU/USD)

1) Full verified bet365 account
2) Including full verified skrill account ( Verified means complete of verifications identity+Address+ Webcam )
3) Document will given: Passport/Driving license/National Id cards & selfie too
4) Login information of email/skrill/bet365
5) Price 55$

Question to moderators/adminz: what if selling documents isn't mentioned in post but verified account[1] obviously contains such data?

The referenced thread is this one: Extracto de cuenta bancaria en españa. After reporting it, I gave a thorough explanation as to why the guy might have started the thread in the first place, and the thread died there basically.

The report is marked good, although I don’t recall my exact wording when I reported it, I guess I vouched for its deletion but it ended up being moved. If not removed, perhaps locked would have been fine to leave it as reference to this kind of petition, but anyway.

Correlated to this, I reported a thread on my local board recently of a guy wanting to purchase a bank statement, so that he could manipulate it, and be able to register in betting sites as a resident in the list of authorized countries (I presume he resided in a non-authorized country, and thus wanted to send fake proof of residence). He started offering 10€, and progressively went up to 25€. I don’t know how it ended, but the thread remains and was actually moved to the local Services board.

Should definitely be removed as far as my understanding of the rules go. Was the report handled? It's probably just gone unhandled, and the user moved it themselves.

Accounts on sites that require KYC such as bank accounts, PayPal, etc. are assumed to be hacked unless you explain why they're not hacked.

According to this rule mod could ask to prove that account has not hacked. If OP unable to proved then I think mod can take action. Buyer should ask always about account legitimate those are with KYC. If seller not provide appropriate answer then buyer should open thread on reputation against them. So that mod can handle the case.

This rule has been added recently but I do not know why it has not been applied effectively ?, There are some posts about KYC activation[1] or verified accounts that need KYC docs without deleting or asking for proof[2].

There may be needed more clarification and rules about Digital goods & Invites & Accounts sections.

I have reported some posts that contain hacked accounts and have been deleted *IIRC*.

I am not sure about bet365 accounts, but regarding bitcointalk account many times already discussed on forum but admin has no respons about it. Moderators have no right to delete post if it's not against of forum rules or spam. Scam are not moderated by forum. So regarding account sale first need to change rules. Obviously account sales are not good practice especially on the forum.

Regarding bet365 there is rules for overall account sale thise need KYC.

Deleting the posts of account sales is normally not common practice to have a proof for a red tag. But I can imagine a deletion of the posts would avoid to get silly ideas and consider to sell an account for many members. If they get an impression it's possible to earn money from selling accounts they would try maybe. Therefore I can imagine to archive the post of the account sale via free websites (like archive.is, archive.fo etc.) and after that delete the posts on Bitcointalk.

This procedure would have the advantage to keep the forum clean from shady account sales posts on the one hand and a proof for a red tag due to account sales on the other hand.

Moderators won't delete posts about account selling that would be too much additional work for them which is why a sub board is created dedicated for account selling . We already have the trust system and sticky threads to warn newbies from getting baited by these people I think that alone should be enough for anyone to not deal with these scammers. If those aren't enough for them they probably deserve to lose their money for not paying attention to these warnings.

This has been discussed way too many times already.

Bitcointalk accounts? I think its obvious that everyone dislikes the practice of selling bitcointalk accounts. But I think banning the practice wouldn't stop it at all. Search it up on Google and you will see that they are being sold everywhere and not just on this forum.

Bet365 accounts? Yes. Its fraud because to register an account there you have to provide addresses and I think documents such as identity to be able to place bets. Though I could be wrong on that last bit.

At least by forbidding posts related to the sale of such accounts, we can stop the fraud of these people

if you check scam accusations section on this forum you can see many people scammed by these people just in this forum
