Judging from your word "token", are you planning to have your own coin there for the rewards ? Cant it be paid out in bitcoin if we wish to receive in btc only ? Before asking for people do this task maybe atleast you should have an escrow so that atleast they have assurance to get their funds.
There are many reputable escrow around thay can help this and for sure their presence can hype up the presence if quality reputable member to participate especially if they announce that the funds is safe with their hands.

Op, providing the link to your project would have helped you a little bit here because you might be lucky enough to see those who will check out the site and give you a genuine feedback without you having to pay a dime.
Since there is no link and no one actually knows what it is that you're working on it all you're going to get get is the; hope your project turns out to be great bullshit without any real feedback.
