Other than that might be problems at betarigs side as I know over last week they had some problems but they had resolved them. If you get problems no harm in contacting their support. Nice to see you got your problem resolved and can continue to mine. Just try some of the above in the future as generally restarting miners if been on a long time without a reboot often cures the problem

Normally their support team can help aswell. I would go through support before making a new one. Or go over to nicehash/westhash which is very easy to mine to.

I never had any issues with betarigs and my old S1s, are you sure you're properly inputting the server worker name and password on your S1?

I heard Betarigs has some issues with the connections, it might be fixed later, or you can email them with your issues.

Also, mining services like westhash.com might work with Betarigs, good luck.

It might take a few hours to hear back but submit a ticket and they should get back to you.

And westhash is quite a bit easier to use it whall you wait on betarigs.

Main thing now so it works propetly profit is secondary issue
