Betbase code has been recently sold to "DogeDigital". We are giving him rights to the code and we won't be able to sell it to anyone else.
Betbase project is officialy over. Users have 1 week to withdraw their money. Casino owners can use moneypot api to run their sites.

Wish you all good luck

Confirmed.

We bought BetBase for the code.  We will not be taking over or continuing any of BetBase operations.

We do not have access to BetBase customer funds or wallets.   All users are requested to withdraw immediately.  Any possible disputes should be carried out with previous owners.

With this move Moneypot remains unique, without any competition.

Ups ... what this thread has become Smiley
Johny, in these conditions ... I doubt that you will be able to sell your project.
If the user hacked the system (as you say) it means the code has problems (and you aren't able to find and fix the bug)
If the user has right, it means you scammed him ...
I don't see any good solution for you here ...

The code has problem and I still have several buy offers (and yes, those people know about the problem in code).

So either way it (unlike you say) fulfilled the purpose.

You received your initial BTCs to address you specified with your withdrawal request. That request has been processed.
You want to tell me that you won 75 BTC from 0.01 only with a great luck? That it was legit? Please.

It doesn't seemhe actually played. Investigation in progress.

you are really smart scamming people, you delete my account and reported back to the counter of the bet to 23.000 when I made in a week more than 300.000 bet.

screenshots and photo I post shows that I played. this is the only thing left to do, deny. scammer

Yes, but you found something directly in betting engine. You didn't win it according to rules. Hacker calls me a scammer.

please show us the proof and that it is fixed

If he somehow cheated then it is confirmation that your scripts can make only loss for your customers.
You said that Betbase code was inspected by indepedent security firms...

My thoughts too. To deposit so little and be able to win 75 BTC the player is pretty lucky depending on how many bets and how much time was spent playing.

And I still do not understand how he was able to win anything over 1BTC what is their bankroll.

jonhy johny legendary scammer...

You've made 75 BTC on Betbase without depositing.. We've sent your deposit back to your address. You made that 75 BTC from 0.01 BTC sent to our site if I remember correctly?

So, we're in process of investigating how could you make 75 BTC from nothing. We don't even have that amount.

sorry man??? no deposit? investigating?? that is usual words from people won't to pay. never received back btc, and if you were correct person would not have canceled my account and you would have published the story of my deposits, which as you know are more deposits 0.01 btc.

I think that anyone who gives you a straight probably deserves to be cheated by you.

Then tell me how did you do that and save me some work.

So this is basically a platform like Moneypot?

Yes. There are some differences, though.

Hi!
I am new in auctioning section and i am interested in buying the software. I want to know if apart from 1BTC, how much more bitcoins i have to put in the project. I think bankroll will also be required, so i have to have at-least 50+ BTCto run it? am i right?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hosting , domain renew stuffs also need to be considered.

This is nothing compared with the amount you need to run this kind of business.

Note that they offer just a very basic Dice script atm.
You must invest a lot of money to add new games (pay a developer to do it - if you find a good one), to promote the business, to attract investors (if you decide for that)
As it is now, nobody will use Betbase.

what did I miss here? how many games is MP offering?

question for OP
is there a buy it now price?

2.5 BTC

I'd advise any interested buyer to be cautious when dealing with OP's scripts, especially with this type of business where owner is liable toward investors.
They have an history of providing broken code that led to loss of coin. Just google "Johny1976 site:bitcointalk.org"

Yes, that's a long time ago. It's still the same old song. Most of victims of our poor coding was refunded. Then we hired different kind of professional programmers and we also learned many things ourselves. Then we started to distribute new software and had no complaints.

That's really not important as we probably won't need the trust of Bitcointalk anymore, we've ended our mission here.
But for this one time we have no problem with any kind of code audit as we're 100% confident it's bug free. Also we can use an escrow.

.5 btc

This is the joke of the day Smiley
I'm sure you saw they have a minimum bid of 1 BTC.
But because I know who you are, I consider your offer of 0.5 BTC it was a good joke.

Sorry 1 btc (serious btw)

Thank you for your prophecy.

It's true that buyer will have to invest more money into the business. But it's profitable even without it. I believe it's possible to start small.

Hi, thanks for question.

Although it is good for the project of this kind to have 50+ BTC in bankroll, we had 1 BTC in bankroll the whole time and it was still used and profitable. You could add the profits to the bankroll and grow. Another approach is to find investors, we raised over 5 BTC in investments just in early stage but then we decided to go without investors and our own 1 BTC in bankroll was still very profitable for us. Third option is to edit the code and open the bankroll for investors, just like Moneypot does. We don't recommend this, though. Investors are most likely going to withdraw every time the bankroll takes a hit and this is ruining the whole Kelly criterion principle. Bankroll is going to grow very slow that way.

I think there's enough options to consider. Not having huge money doesn't mean you can't run this kind of business.

Domain and servers are realtively cheap, few hundreds USD / year.

Hello Bitcointalk,

some of you may already know us, we're the guys behind the Coin* scripts (CoinSlots, CoinJack, CoinDice).

Maybe you also noticed that we're no longer active (business speaking) on this forum. We have our reasons for it (we can explain if interested). So now we're about to sell our former flagship, the project we've spent hundreds of hours developing and making the idea possible.

The subject of this auction is: https://betbase.io

What is Betbase?

Betbase is professional Bitcoin gambling platform. Casino owners can use our API so they don't have to deal with their own bankroll, provably fair mechanisms and handling money of their players. Everything is securely handled by Betbase. For more information, visit the home page and watch the video.

It can be said Betbase is very similar to Moneypot with some improvements that Moneypot doesn't have.

The site is written in Node.js (with MySQL database), the whole code is very well secured, we've been through several udependent security audits. We're hosted in Amazon and the Cloudflare protection is used. We have our own email system. The database server is separated.

Profitability?

We tried to do some marketing right after the project was launched. But we could not actively run the project anymore so we haven't touch it for several months now. Despite of that, the number of bets and casinos started is increasing. We've made exactly 0.13259661 during that time and we didn't even know it. We found out yesterday when preparing to sale.

Some of our clients are a bit angry (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1690095.60) because their withdrawals wasn't processed manualy (as I say, we really didn't touch the project for few months), but is should be no big deal for the new owner to show them that he cares more than us.

Everything in the system is fully automatic except for withdrawals, which are automatic only if certain checks are passed (the user made a deposit, the amount is not bigger than X, etc.), otherwise it's sent to administration for approval.

There's a very basic administration, the only thing there is the list of pending withdrawals and actions.

For more information please ask us directly in this thread. We would be very happy if the project would continue in good hands, we've spent really a lot of time on this.

Starting bid:
1 BTC

We reserve the right to end or cancel the auction at any time.
We'll inform you 1 day before the end of the auction. It probably won't take more than 1 week.

Thank you all,
Johny
