I know this was resolved and you were responded to but I thought I would just post here that it was resolved.
Yesterday I deposited 3 BTC on www.betchain.com using a deposit code HIGHROLLER. I emailed them to ensure that my bonus was started, no response. I then emailed them about joining the VIP club, no response. I emailed them last night, saying I was going to withdraw my chips due to lack of customer service, and I did, and still got no response. But, I don't have my BTC back. And I emailed them today about an hour ago, about this issue, still no response. I'm really starting to get worried that i'm getting scammed by Betchain. The reason I use BTC is to avoid this, but, this is a serious issue. I know betchain posts on this forum so I expect a response ASAP.
