I would have like to let you know that the UI of your site is not really appealing, I don't like any site that will stress me, whenever I click on pay my whole screen just go dark without any prompt or notification about what's going on. You should make it more mobile friendly (based on my experience there), when I get access to my computer I'll also try to access it there to see if there's any difference between mobile and desktop. But for now majorly, just work on your ANN.

You could have attached prove here for users to verify and also check their ToS if their is requirement to first make a deposit up to the bonus price you got to kind of activate it. So will you be entitled to withdraw both your deposit and your bonus if at all you send them the deposit? In any case, IMO I won't have to send such deposit to claim a bonus even if it is in their ToS.

have you checked their terms about availing the pincode given here? because for their bonus, they have wagering requirements. so don't know the exact rules about the use of pin code. they may really ask you to deposit money first. but ask where is their conditions that you need to deposit the same amount of your winnings and their wagering requirements.
