Betcoin Robert
hello

Please note that withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for processing.
.......
wow, why so long?

Betcoin Robert
this is the standard time in our site
.....
I deposited, didnt bet as your site went down when my game was on and now I just want to withdraw my money. still 24 hours?

Betcoin Robert
up to 24 hours after you amde a withdrawal request"

I don't think how that's really standard , because, like i said - in almost every case i had the withdrawal was just few hours long, and only
in cases like this one (when there was downtime,so withdrawal requests got larger in size) the withdrawal took longer. In my cases, never over 24 hours.
Hope you get credited soon (patience is virtue)

its been off and on for me for months. It started around 3 months ago and there has been plenty of times i needed to make a
bet but the site was down and didnt load. Not reliable enough for me, but a good as far as being safe (at least with my
use of it) never had any problems with payouts just problems with the site being down

How fast are the payouts usually? I withdrew as soon as it came back up (missed a game I wanted t bet on  Roll Eyes ) but it hasn't moved yet.

I usually get paid out within few hours, but, depending on the situation, it can be much longer than that, but was always on within same day. For instance now, when there was downtime
and probably there will be more users that want to withdraw. More withdrawal requests = longer payout wait. I think they're manually checking every request.

You have to confirm the link that is sent to your email first, and it depends then but usually they arrive within 4-5 hours and they have a maximum time to wait of 48 hours. You can always talk to their live support in their webpage. They were very friendly and helpful with me when sometime my withdraw was not arriving for more than 4-5 hours they helped me and the withdraw came soon after I talked with them. They told me to be patient as only 8 hours had passed and a withdraw could take maximum 48 hours.

I just read a little about it.  The issue seems to be some shady language in their TOS.  I don't think they scammed any money, but it sounds like they're not a legal entity,  which doesn't surprise me in the least.  I was waiting for the day when I had to ditch Yobit in a hurry for much the same reason.   But if they didn't actually steal customers' funds, people are going a little hard on OGNasty.

At first I thought people here should not bark at OgNasty for being the campaign manager of Betcoin.ag since he is in no way connected with Betcoin.ag, he was just hired to manage the campaign, to keep it in order but in decision making for the site, OgNasty have nothing to do with it. But upon checking, OgNasty is wearing the signature as well. Promoting the site is not a good idea as of now since the site is currently in hot waters.
You may want to double check that statement.
OgNasty does not manage the campaign he is just a campaign participant who was paid upfront to advertise the site. Once the time is up OgNasty has already said he will remove the signature if the site is a scam.

It really doesn't even matter who managers the campaign anyway unless they are the owners of the site, the managers are just paid to do a job and make sure that people who follow the rules get paid on time.

First off,you should be aware of the issue or at least should have read about it.Saying something which is way far from the facts, its called signature spamming.OgNastly was not the "Campaign Manager" of betcoin.ag.He wasn't hired to manage the campaign either. It's just his signature which was paid for..

Whoa! My mistake, I apologize for saying that I mistaken the announcement of betcoin.ag of "campaign member" to "campaign manager" sorry

Yes but at least they are always up and I have been playing their slots which are beautiful or were beautiful as I don't play there anymore because they don't offer a lot of choices now. They removed some slots. So now I play on Satoshigames.io which has the greatest selection of slot machines to try for. It appears they have a lot of money as a casino so it would be nice if they start offering sports betting.

Fair enough. It always seems to happen after I deposit. Would be nice if it was scheduled and they let us know...

you should always check their announcement page on bitcointalk and also you can always check the owner's profile or ask him about it: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/betcoinag-202115

anyways it seems like it was scheduled to happen:

https://www.betcoin.ag/betcoin-scheduled-maintenance-august-10-2016-1000-utc-4-hours

I believe that announcement was for previous one, after that they stated that there are some bugs that they noticed and need to weed-out,hence the downtime.
In any way, the site seams to be back up and operational.

I don't know much of what happened,  but aren't people calling betcoin.ag a scam site now?  People in their sig campaign are getting tagged by cryptodevil and some others.  Even ognasty is getting shit for it.
That situation is quite worse.I believe OGNasty is paid in advance by the casino, not his fault if the casino starts scamming prior to his knowledge. He'd eventually suffer a loss of 1 bitcoin if he backs up out the deal with betcoin.ag.But him giving a feedback to twitchy seal in retaliation is too unprofessional.

Honestly legal entity or not they would be real stupid if they steal customers money. Its still a casino with a house edge beside that it has also sport book which only few people win there too and betcoin is making money from this activity. The jackpot glitch is something they did intentionally or by mistake I don't know but if they steal customers money bad word will spread out and they will be forced to close. I don't think a company which is making money from its activity would want such thing.

Betcoin have changed layout from what I have seen in their casino(not that I play casino there but I play sports book) and so far they have always paid me in sports book. Nevertheless I know a lot of scam accusations going on for them because of a jackpot glitch thing which has become quite famous to the point that they close the first signature campaign thread and now opened a new self moderated topic in order to remove replies which will bring back this issue there. Lots of issues with their casino and some scam accusations thread against them in scam accusation section.

That is annoying when occurred that kind of situation this is just an unprofessional behavior, most of the gambling sites go down for maintenance without any schedule, when this kind of situation happened it raised so many question in players mind, but I think it will be back soon.
