I believe this website is now a scam, I have seen another person report this a few weeks ago.

The Golden Rule Rules
I believe it was a software issue.  There has been cases where accounts were locked by the system for no reason.  Plus they were very busy and didn't have time for your issue yet.  So definitely they weren't trying to scam you!

guess who's back
ok so i contacted americas card room by telephone and spoke with a woman who in fact sent a message to the owner of betcoin i assume or at least whom ever is in charge and about 2 hours later my account was restored, my bets were honored, and i was given some extra chips for my troubles... i am happy with the results.. sucks it took as long as it did but i have to admit they did remedy the problem.. my only stipulation is that i am not allowed to use live support as of now but i do have access to everything else...

it was a headache but everything is fixed!!

back to the tables i go...  Grin

I'm really glad for you , calling ACR to solve a betcoin problem was really smart  Grin

I see a lot of people complaining especially about their support , for me I play only poker so I don't have an idea
but recently the op of their thread doesn't seem active like he was before , he was answering all the questions before but now he is not that active

Just an FYI, I have had heaps of problems with their support, only playing poker there.  Mainly slowpays on promos.  It got so bad that I had to email them almost literally every week in order to get paid my sit and crush payment from the week before.

I think it's important to note again that they always eventually did the right thing, but it was like pulling teeth.  The support seemed very disrespectful, dismissive, and at times ignorant of the rules of poker.  A few times I was trying to deal with support and was told "bump this tomorrow/on Monday", as if to say that they weren't able to deal with my request at the moment and there were no systems in place for them to deal with it going forward.  This is pretty bad and something that I saw they still do (I don't recall if it was on here or on 2p2 where someone just posted their correspondence with support and they said "bump this on Monday").

yeah, bro your are right, now they are not active, and since the big update, the odds of sportsbook sucks, they have 1.85 odds of double side, that's insanely crazy low, in cloudbet, the odds are usually 1.92-1.95, but betcoin staff always they are improve the odds, but actually they decrease the odds.

Their support is notoriously horrible.  You should expect to be insulted and the private contents of your account published publicly in their attempt to avoid culpability.  If they reply at all (which they probably won't outside of their forum thread here).

I will say that, at the end, they will probably do the right thing.  I doubt you'll get the profits from your parlay if you can't publish a valid ticket, but if the money was taken out of your account and there is no ticket, you should (eventually) get that refunded.  Good luck.

Well I don't play there so I don't know what exactly are the issues but you posted your side of the story and now let's wait to see what they have to say about this. I learned that they manually do the withdrawals and someone else was complaining about it here a few days back but they do ultimately paid him so maybe it's just that or a glitch.

I am sure for them this is a very small amount and the reason why they're holding your payment is something else but we'll know it when and if they respond here.
