i have to agree, my first withdrawal was nearly 24hrs and not processed, so i ended up cancelling it and spending the bitcoin!

This is a very sneaky way of making people cancel WD and making them lose it.

WD should take no more than half a day.  Really unhappy with this sites tactics and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Now all day i can not even connect to the site,  really unhappy.

I am inclined to agree that the support there is way below par. I have had multiple withdrawals take 10+ hours. I am currently in a situation where I transferred chips from my main account to my poker account and they are now stuck in limbo (and have been for the past 24 hours). I have requested help from their support multiple times over the past day, and they tell me the same thing. "Make a ticket and wait. There is no use contacting support over this issue. Please be patient". I posted on the boards on the site about the crappy service and within minutes, my post was deleted. I am not with a competitor. If the mods want my username, it is chemichrist.

On another note... does anyone know of any other BTC poker site with better support? I think I may be in the market. Thanks!

Here is a post responding to another post made in the official Betcoin Sports thread, in which he claimed 1600 chips were removed.

Please state the factual matter of your situation as you have never had anywhere close to even 250 chips in your account. The player transferred you 14 chips ($3.52) far from the 1600 you claim and mistakenly transferred an additional 14 chips to your account by accidentally clicking it twice.  The player attempted to reach out to you and you did not respond.  The player then contacted us and we reversed one of the transactions and sent you an email to the email on file alerting you to the situation and stating we would provide a bonus for your inconvenience, which would have been 25 chips even though that was not necessary.  When you came to live support your conversation was as follows:

Player:   i wanna speak to the goddamn manger bitch, you stupid dumb bitch
your momma sucks dick
yea go jack andrew off
i will be posting on bitcointalk and other forums

Lastly you have been active all day on Betcoin Poker, therefore you are not even heeding your warning to stay away.  We are happy to post screenshots of the actual transfer amount of 14 chips and chat conversation if you would prefer that as well as well as your activity on the website even as I type this.  Lastly for the record there are no Betcoin employees in the millions tournament though there are some from other websites in the network.

This site is such a joke i do not know why people play at this site.  They have people who work for them playing in the sunday millions tournaments and i have proof of that. Also one of my worst experiences with them is when they took money out of my account without trace and never paid me back. there support is crap and they try so much to be like acr but we all know that will never happen. Have you updated the poker review? It seems like a bit low on the review, it does not have a huge ammount of players but it's quite decent, and for my experience it seems to be the largest btc poker room for now.

My best Poker site for the amount of traffic and big sized games is betcoin! Fast deposit and withdrawal and just so much to choose from. It is the pokerstars of Bitcoin. I like a few other sites because of the amount of newbies like SWC and i have only just started playing Bitcoinpoker.gg both are quite slow on withdrawals but overall good sites SWC has more traffic.

Probably betting as a whole does not encourage prudence as a matter of fact.

Generally my opinion is that people should gamble responsibly and I don'y know which type of betting encourages that.

Still online betting has the huge advantage of being easily accessible.

It's just that in offline betting you have this personal touch with the casino you play in. I do not know how online sites can make their service so comfortable.

Of course in online betting everything happens from you sofa at home!

You state disappointment because every third player is a bot but you only have mentioned a possible four, the thing is does it really matter even if there was bots playing? You too can use tools to help you with odds in the pot etc if you can't do it by head.

There is really nothing to worry about unless the bots are controlled by them and they win every other game which i am sure they do not if i am honest i have not played their enough to notice..

Thank you for that review crazywack.  Base on your review and unfortunately my favorite poker room being down...SealswithClubs of course.  I decided to try BetcoinCasino.com and the 3D slot gameplay is unlike anything I have ever experienced.  It's truly remarkable and very entertaining.  If you are interested in slots, there is no better online or offline slots options that are as great as those offered by BetcoinCasino.com.  I deposited 100 credits and received a 100 credit bonus and 5 free spins at Heist which I loved.  There is an animation in the slot game where you help your player break into a vault and then gather as much btc as you can before the Detective arrives and you must choose how long to keep grabbing the btc.  This was cool and I did make it out in time.

Poker is slow but as the site grows and takes some guys/gals from seals it will be the leader. I have played seals for a bit under the alias crazywack, and have been sick of the constant disconnect issues and wait time for BTC deposits which I guess is the price you pay to play. Seals is by far the most established poker site, but these issues forced me to take my gaming somewhere else.

like I said, pokers slow at the moment. but in the last week I have seen empty rooms to a continues 2-3 people ant the micro tables. Freerolls are offered once a day and usually only bring in 15-20 people. (easy way to pick up an extra couple bucks)

The Betcoin poker interface is beautiful, and will work amazingly once traffic picks up. I would compare it to a level below fulltilt (no interactive character,) graphics outpace seals by far and no 1min timer...which is nice....stackable screens, action notify, auto muck on off, stats, the works for a poker site. My favorite part is you can still play casino games while playing poker. I usually play BJ when action is slow but slots are available as well.
