This is completely false. Betcoin.ag does not use the same provider as mBitCasino and has not for nearly 1.5 years. We are unsure why OP decided to make this false statement.
Probably not the best time to gamble there. The site looks attractive but have loads of scam accusations on them. Best is to avoid it.

I have an account there and played from time to time but I only use Betcoin.ag in betting sports other than that I don't use anymore. They had a not so good reputation here and really tarnished their once great name in this forum. Bottom line, you will lose nothing if you stay away from them, there are other sites also offering the same games that they have in there. I would not recommend playing there. They had a glitch on my account and closed it of with no explanation on their part. I lost a small amount. Till then all was fine. You never know when the boat is gonna rock.
I've experienced similar things with you. but I just found out that problems like this can be reported. I used to deposit btc and new credit for about 4-6 hours. but I think that does not matter. because at that time it was a lot of transactions are stuck so I understand it

They also have live chat feature, it is the fastest way for you to ask about your problem imho unless the live chat is not active.
How much is your deposit and which altcoin you use to deposit? Mind to show the txid of your deposit?
