Well i think its better to contact the owner of the site before you calling the site as scammer.For me they are not scammer and they are has good reputation here in our forum. Maybe there has a bug on his site so they fixing it first before inform you

Betcoin.AG has proven itself as legit business. You need to present your issue to their support. I think they will fix it for you. Probably they are not online. Why not wait for them patiently? Don't rush to get conclusion.
