I have 630 players on my rakeback program, most of which are rakeback pro's yet none have complained about owed VIP rakeback.  And the one's that have complained, the system ended up crediting them their rakeback a day or two later because it isn't guaranteed that you get your VIP rakeback the next day.

There's so much FUD in this thread.

Does betcoin have hidden tables or something?

That's the only explanation I can think of for a site with 7 day ave of 20 players and a peak of 60 to, at the same time have hundreds of rake back pros.

They can't even fill a 2 table nightly guar without handing out tickets and satellites etc...

Tinfoil hat goons and retards itt trying to ruin a good site:

To anyone reading, just ask yourself this: why would a seemingly random people jump into this thread, throw around ad hominem attacks, yet not answer any of the concerns or questions brought up?

Seems like odd behavior, doesn't it?  Now go and look and see that he magically started posting the same sort of nonsense in ALL of the "Betcoin is acting shady" posts on BCT.

There's so much FUD in this thread.

That's like the third time you've used 'FUD' today.  Did you learn a new word?  Perhaps the word for tomorrow should be "integrity"?

Grin  Hardly believe betcoin is so shady, i am bronze i level here, luckily they don't scam me, but i am a little panic, should i withdraw?  Sad

Only you can decide if the risk of keeping your bankroll somewhere is worth the reward.  Personally, I moved my balance from Betcoin to a different WPN skin awhile ago, once I learned about how much money they were stealing from their players and how they were compromising player's accounts.  And now they have started doxxing players.  Personally, I don't know why anyone with an IQ above 80 would trust those types of people with their money.  But do your research yourself and make an informed decision.

They owed me several BTC worth of rakeback last year.  I opened the ticket in september 2015, they denied it for a couple months then ignored me for a couple months before finally giving me my 3BTC and status points in March 2016.  They want you to get frustrated and give up.  They don't want you to tell other players about it.

Me too, in last year, I found my points are too less. I found they owe me lossback of my every lost bet, they said: your total gain/loss here is positive, means you earn our money, we don't offer your loss back, is this logical?   Huh Huh  If people lost money 1 btc and they gave your loss back and you win/lose money many times, how to count? LOL, also they owe me poker rake  Shocked

Lossback is aggregate lossback.  Meaning if you're up 1000 chips and you lose 20 chips the next day, you will not receive lossback.  I doubt they owe you poker rake or poker points.  I have 630 players on my rakeback program, most of which are rakeback pro's yet none have complained about owed VIP rakeback.  And the one's that have complained, the system ended up crediting them their rakeback a day or two later because it isn't guaranteed that you get your VIP rakeback the next day.

you can never guarantee a return from a poker site as they are there to make a profit so as much as there say you will get a reward of some description then you might or might not get it but try and contact someone oh here he might be working or running the site and get them to help you.

They are not poker site, players play dice, sports, casino games too. It is a general casino

I am silver111 i am suppose to get 20% rakeback on poker. Well recently i started wondering why my rakeback payments have been rather small . I went on live chat there and asked them to please provide me with my rakeback numbers or total rake . They told me they cant tell me that information and that they do not know it . I found that rather suspicious and decided to dig a bit further. I found a way to add the total rake by reviewing hand history. I reviewed my complete hand history for that day and came out with a 240 chip total rake for that one day. I went back on chat and they said they updated my rakeback and i have been paid in full . Well when i looked it was only 17.76 chips in there and that is only 7.4% instead of the 20% they advertise for silver. So i went back on chat and spoke to them and they they say is fill a ticket. Its been 2 days now and no reply to my ticket and live chat is totally ignoring me . I think they are guilty of something here and do not want to face the facts . I can provide all my rake info here if anyone would like to see it . but just giving the bitcoin community a heads up to check your rakeback numbers if you play there .

The system has been known to skip or delay a minority of players' rakeback payments for particular days.  So you could be receiving more rakeback in the coming days.  The platform is still in its infant stages and is being continually improved and developed as we speak to cater to the growing number of players.  If you look in your transaction history it should tell you exactly how much you were paid, the pct and for what day:

Please go back and check your transaction history and make sure the date and cutoff times are correct.  If there is still a problem when cross referencing with your database, then by all means please post your own database records with your screenname side by side with the Betcoin TX and we'll take a look.
