lol @ this guy. So from his story, he forgets his login info. Ok I get it it happens and what most people do is click forgot username/password and then have to enter the email they used and the information is sent there. Or the other option he could have done as well was fully explain in the live chat to support how he forgot the login and they could have assisted him. Betcoin is a shay as fuck operation but this time they were fully within their rights to close his account and seize his winnings. He broke the rules. No one should feel bad and he only has himself to blame for his problems.

Even you think about their withdrawal which is not instant should be reason enough for OP or anyone else to not join and play in these kind of websites. I would never believe one website which says your withdrawal will be processed within 24-48 hours maximum. For what do they need 48 hours ? They are not a FIAT casino which needs to verify its users KYC/AML verification.

Only play in instant withdrawals casinos. They are the best. Also read all the reviews here in the gambling section plus here in the scam accusations if there are many.

These plus all the reasons mentioned above are enough to stay away from this type of casinos.

Hello Everyone i just wanted to share a little story with the community. Here recently i started playing online poker again at betcoin.ag. Well i went to login and realized i had forgotten my login info and went to make a new account. Well later that day i was playing on the new account and was in the daily coin 1 btc GTD tournament running pretty good and ended up getting 2nd place for $300.00. Went and cashed out $250 and left 50 to play with the next day. Woke up next day and noticed my cashout did not arrive. I checked my account and could not log in, so i went on live chat and they told me i was banned and my funds was taken from my account by management. Please Everyone beware if you are playing there. I always trusted them and never thought they would go this low to steal my funds. I have since then been unable to get my bitcoin. They seem to be doing allot of shady stuff to people recently, not paying out tournament tickets and keeping peoples bitcoin. Please be very carefull with your business there !!!!  Cry
Did they explained the reason why they banned your account? Maybe because of multiple account creation. Have you told them already why you did that? And importantly they can't give a users money without any explanations why. This is not the first case against betcoin.age and they already had a negative trust in here.

Which is all the more reason why people need to do more than googling whether it's a scam.  They need to check reputable lists - some of which are on this very forum.  If they can't find it anywhere, which will be the case for new sites, and they can't find enough reasonable reviews or real looking information about the site, they also shouldn't put any money in.
A reputable list is also unlike better than nothing, but "reputable" today does not necessarily mean reputable tomorrow!

A lot of sites turn out as a scam after 1 or 2 or 3 years. First they build a customer base and when they have enough account balances they run away!

I absolutely don't justify what they are doing, but i don't see how we're going to stop them from doing it if we (you) keep playing on their sites.
Awareness. We need to spread awareness. You know,a lot of gambling related websites and blogs still promote them which becomes the primary source for the new gamblers to start playing there.
The most easy awareness is google: betcoin.ag + scam
How reliable are those links ? You can type almost any keyword with bitcoin + scam and it yields positive outputs.Take coinbase + scam for example.

What surprises me is,how do the players get to know about these sites in the first place ? It could help solve the problem from the root.My rough assumptions tell me it is due to blogs that promotes them.
1) Google: "operator" + "scam" is unlike better than nothing!

2) In addition you could take a look at the Game Protect Online gambling scams list. This list is of course not complete, but unlike better than nothing.

3) You could register your accounts with Game Protect or contribute for consumer protection service.

As a single fighter and most gamblers are single fighters, you can rarely solve this issue. We can anyway not solve the issue of scams, but we can reduce the damage enormously if we work together.

Yes, affiliates and blogs continue to promote scams for money, but even if they would not do this, the problem would be still not solved, because new sites join the online gambling market daily.

Well probably the signature campaigns on this site for example?
It might look like its endorsed by the forum to play on the site, since they are allowed to host these campaigns on this forum.

Ofcourse i know this is not the case, and that users need to join the campaign etcetera, but for newbies like OP, it might seem like this is a legit casino, and they play on it.

Thoughts?

I haven't seen any other ads from them.

That's what I do with any business I'm going to send money or bitcoins to. Why wouldn't you? Betcoin.ag doesn't really have any positive publicity so it should have been very obvious to avoid them if you had done at the very least the bare minimum of Googling them for crying out loud.

Even if they want to ban you, they have to give yo your balance!

I warn since months about this sinking ship...

Let us talk about a Bitcoin poker room in free fall, betcoin.ag

What are we/they/you going to do about it? It's wayy to small for a lawsuit, and since they're already painted as red as possibly, and have neg ratings everywhere, it doesn't really matter for them anymore.

I absolutely don't justify what they are doing, but i don't see how we're going to stop them from doing it if we (you) keep playing on their sites.

Switch to a more legit casino ASAP op. You don't want to do business with these guys from betcoin.ag

Nitrogensports for example?

To be honest, I dare not play in betcoin.ag, because their trust is red, also avoid betsoft gaming slots or games, which are scams too.

I gues you have to asked them why you have banned and tell them about the reason of making new account because you cant login anymore to your previous account but I dont think if they will consider that. And yahoo mentioned above that this site is shaddy one ehich is true and thats they should not be trusted.

They banned you probably on the suspcion that you are using multiple accounts to abuse tournaments and giveaways.

You should really contact them right here on bitcointalk though and see what they can do for you. They haven't had the best reputation on bitcointalk though, if i remember correct they are in the red at DT2 for previous shady dealings.

Always be careful when playing with 2 or more accounts. Their terms and conditions probably prohibit that and if you are dealing with a dishonest admin somewhere then they are likely going to be using that as an excuse to not pay you out.

They likely banned you with the justification that you had multiple accounts and was trying to cheat the system.

Have you seen their trust on here? Clearly shady.
