I signed up for bitcoin.ag a few weeks ago, maybe a month. and recently decided to play. After withdrawing the money, I immediately received an account blocking and a refusal to make a payment. THEY justify this by the fact that I allegedly have a second account. Some flags at the security service showed it. Or so you don't pay based on some data? Yes, I understand that I agreed with your terms when I registered, but it turns out that you take my money based on data that you do not disclose? Governments of countries do not have the right and who are you?
This is my money that I made by risking my money!

You have been answered above and its just dumb that you do just admit that you do make such multiple accounts and now you do whine that your account had been blocked.?
Move on man and take this as a lesson that you should have at least a minute on reading up on site terms and conditions so that you wont be fucked up next time when you do tend to make
multi-accounts.Most casinos/sites nowadays do have their common terms about multi-accounts and once you do violate then accept on what would be the consequences not just
saying that they are scam. They wont locked out funds if you havent done anything wrong.

As you were informed, both of your accounts were permanently closed due to an overwhelming amount of evidence that you have broken the site's rules regarding creating multiple accounts. Based on our security team's review, it was determined that you did this knowingly and maliciously to violate our terms of service.

Like so many others in our industry, we are constantly fighting against potential abuse, multi-accounting and fraud. Your own comment does not deny that you have done this, and seems to confirm that are well aware that what you have done is against the rules. We have no tolerance for fraud, as it takes our time away from providing exceptional service to our tens of thousands of legitimate players. Thank you for bringing attention to this matter, as it helps discourage others from attempting this in the future.

This bookmaker has a red card in its own thread. Is becoming an increasingly common and used trick nowadays.
Operator complains about using Proxy or VPN (which is often not the case at all). The moment you want to pay out, this happens to be suddenly discovered. The moment you want to deposit money and are gambling, no problem. Even from the North Pole, they would still make you gamble. Looks like this bookmaker has duped quite a few people.

Gambling with bitcoins is definitely advantageous, but keep in mind that there are always disadvantages that can pull you down. Never let yourself be a willing victim. Be knowledgeable and wise in choosing a Bitcoin gambling site.

A list of steps to undertake will reduce the risk of involvements in gambling scam.

-Bitcoin casinos that offer bonuses and promotions are a-dime-a-dozen. Don’t be blinded by these. Some are even too good to be true. Some are just dragnets for you to fall in their scam.

-See to it that customer support responds to all of your needs with urgency.

-Slow pay for countries where online gambling is not legalized may be common. But it can also be an indication for scam. Test small amount of bitcoins first to see the quality of service, especially in the withdrawal process.

-Bitcoin casinos employ software providers. Make sure that the site uses a reputable one that promotes fair casino software. In the case of proprietary sites, refer to number one and two.

Betcoin.ag has been known for being... Shady in the last years.

Not completely scamming people from what I know but clearly being on the grey line tons of times.
I've played quite long at the poker game and can't say that it felt weird though.

Please review the announcement below.  Of course, any deposit or outstanding balance will be handled promptly.  Additionally, we continue to find it ironic that you claim Betcoin.ag to be a scam yet continue to want to play at Betcoin.ag.  If Betcoin.ag were truly a scam, you would not want to play there everyday.  Fortunately most people can see this as well.  Thank you for helping Betcoin.ag improve!

As for me I do not want to play at your site anymore. But as I said before I'll monitor the situation to know how you manage all of this. Let us look at current situation: you block users from a few countries without any announce at your site. Want to know how to do it in right way? Take an example from other sites: they issue a special message to visitors from countries where they do not accept players. But you just shut down access and did everything as if the site is just temporarily not working.

Anyway, I still waiting for "many happy betcoin players" here. Where are they?

I do not play with you, after Betcoin.ag has taken my winnings and closed the account. And even more so after such impudence, there is not the slightest desire to bet you, which I recommend to other players not to do.

Yes, it's impossible to open Betcoin's website all day.
I thought they had technical problems and it turns out that there are no problems, they just closed the access to the site and emailed no notifications. I understand that they are going to collect deposits from people, that's exactly an insult and fraud.

something stopped working completely site, betcoin are you still alive?
It seems they just decided to block a all of users from a few countries (and did it in silence, without warning). This is so "honest" (sarcasm). And they call themselves a serious fair sportsbooks. I think we should actively disseminate such information wherever possible. This is not a serious company, but some kind of misunderstanding in the world of gambling.

These abusive players have come back and attempted to wager at Betcoin as recently as 3 days ago. If Betcoin is a "scam", why would they still be attempting to wager with us?
It is good question. Why do you not asked directly these players? Maybe they just do not know about your scam? Or they not abusive players? Who knows.

In addition, Betcoin has been more than reasonable, by allowing these players to withdraw their original deposit amount, when our terms clearly state that all funds can be seized. Going forward, we will not be so lenient and have warned these specific players that the entire balance will be seized if they return.
Returning to the question of dishonest game. Why do not you then return players a deposit when they losing to you? Or concept of justice and moral principles for you are not so important as profit? Perhaps you can tell us what exactly did these players do wrong? Did they exploiut of techical issues at your site in some way? Or they just made bets and won and lose money?

Our security experts were able to detect this abuse very quickly and if it were not for privacy rules, we could publish the information we have and anyone could easily tell these accounts from the normal legitimate accounts. We are more than happy to provide the information we have to an independent 3rd party reviewer and are 100% confident they would spot the abuse as well.

In addition, Betcoin has been more than reasonable, by allowing these players to withdraw their original deposit amount, when our terms clearly state that all funds can be seized. Going forward, we will not be so lenient and have warned these specific players that the entire balance will be seized if they return.

There has never been a single instance or accusation of Betcoin denying payout on a legitimate wager. We have had more players comment on this thread saying this in favor of us, than players accusing us of wrong-doing. That's because the players we have caught in this investigation is a small group of players with many accounts. This has been proven without a doubt by our security team.

Betcoin has always been fair with its players and as a part of that, we must do our part to eliminate the players that cheat the system. This investigation has been a clear-cut example of abuse. If there were legitimate players not getting paid, it would be all over the forums. Instead, this is a small group of players from the same region trying to bring us bad publicity because they got caught trying to take advantage of us.

One of these days I read that Betcoin.ag continues to select the winnings from people, motivating by the fact that the deposit has been withdrawn earlier and the entire balance won will be confiscated. With this approach, they can not restore their reputation.
As I hear there are a few bookies who works with crypto who makes the same shit. Maybe it is "normal" for shady sportsbook sites.

You seem to be a blind person. Never trust someone with your money before you get to know them clearly. I do not even trust my friends, and I always suspect my family. This world is a cruel place and only monsters rule. If you do not make your research about these gambling websites, you will be scammed again and again. Added to that, you should never rush when you want to play. Take it easy, buddy. You sound a hasty person.

I was also returned only the balance of the funds without a refund of the full deposit. Betcoin you are scammers, it turns out if a person has won more than paid - he is given only a deposit. If the other player who violated your rules - the amount on the account less than the deposit - you return only the balance. Betcoin will not allow himself to be offended. This is extremely disrespectful to all those who have been accused of your part! With this approach, you do not see high reputation and ratings, you behave more than offensively!

Thousands of players receive their winnings quickly from Betcoin every day. Many of them have commented on this thread.
Sorry, but there are only a few players who posted here comments. Where is other thousands? And If you are so worried about your honesty, why don't you give the players a full refund of the deposit? If you think their loss is fair, then why do you think their win is unfair? Double standards. If you think that the player has violated your rules (and has lost money), then you do not return anything to him and do not interfere with his game. But as soon as he begins to win and tries to withdraw money - you declare him an offender and take his money.

The players who violate our terms of service to try and cheat the system will absolutely have their winnings confiscated and if they come back, they will have their entire account balance seized. This is limited to a group of about 50 players, who are all from the same region that signed up at the same time, stopped betting at the same time and wagered the same amount on the same events. This was a clear case of abuse and was easily weeded out by our security staff. Legitimate wins on Betcoin are receiving their payouts faster than ever.

Why Betcoin.ag to apply double standards?
To people who have won - accuse of abuse and take away a prize, and at people who have lost and also accused of abuse that don't return a deposit but only the account balance?
If cancel all rates, to all players - then return ALL their deposits!!
Many sportsbooks (and gambling sites where are you play not with other players but against "house") do business in this way: if you losing money, it is okay, even if you are suspected in some sort of abuse actions. But if you are a winner you become the worst enemy. It is unfair but it is how work this industry.

The betting patterns of these accounts are similar in a way that would be beyond probability for the accounts to exist independently. The accounts wager on the exact same events, with identical picks and even the bet sizes being placed at the exact time of day. Each account was opened within several days of each other. Each account has not placed a bet since 8 days ago, the day we started cracking down on this. If the accounts were not related, they would have had no idea to stop wagering on this day, since most were wagering every other day up until then.

For account privacy purposes, we are unable to list further details of this multi-accounting ring, but we have more than sufficient proof that it exists and these players have been abusing our sports limits by creating multiple accounts.

Each account also uses a VPN or proxy service to access Betcoin which is against our terms of service.
https://www.betcoin.ag/support/betcoinag-terms-service
2.7 Using a proxy, VPN, or other artificial means of spoofing your location is prohibited.

All of our regular players are satisfied and receiving the same fast payouts and exceptional service as always.

the story just doesn't make sense to me , we are talking about few mbtc here not tens of bitcoins
why would someone do that when he can bet on all other bitcoin sites , even there are other ultra play bookies as well and other bookies where that player can actually have higher odds since there are many sites with lower margin
and why you taking the funds ? can't you just lock his account and send him his money ? this a pure scam and can't see a single reason for not paying the player

why you keep doing that to your reputation ? for real no one is going to deposit a dime in your site with all of these problems

Sy, you have been around a long time as have we.  You can certainly see through a variety of brand new accounts making claims.  We know that.

Also, we have a negative 256 reputation here at BitcoinTalk.org and not one of the trusted members that commented on our trust ever experienced something bad at Betcoin.ag.  They never even say they experienced something bad or negative at Betcoin.ag.  They reference an issue from 2 years ago for a player who continued to play at Betcoin.ag and never gave a bad or untrusted rating about Betcoin.ag.  2 years ago we had a green positive trust rating, since then we have had a red trust rating yet increased substantially in size, player base, and staff.

This clearly shows most people can clearly see through this and quite frankly most people come give Betcoin.ag a try and when they enjoy a great gaming experience.  We have a growing number of depositing players everyday.  People are smart, people want a good experience and we will continue to work hard to provide that.

You want to know why people showed up in favor of this book? its because honest people hate scammers like this ruining a fun place to wager. Betcoin is one of the most honest books in the biz.
How lond did you place bets at Betcoin? How much did you win? Tell me, how some one had ruined your fun? If you really want to know what is honest sportbooks you have to look on rating at sportsbookreview.com.
Exactly why you got scammed. You take reviews on such one person blogs too seriously when it comes to trusting a service with your money.I doubt that website does even proper gambling or bitcoin related casino reviews. If you really want a review on an online bitcoin related casino, bitcointalk is the place to go.

Nothing is as accurate as the stuff posted here on a gambling sites official thread or a scam accusation against them.

Well, my problem is resolved. Today Betcoin.ag returned my deposit to me. This is not exactly what I expected, but at least they were honest enough to return my own money to me. Probably, in this situation it is the most acceptable option for both sides of the conflict.
But I will follow how is things going in this topic because I received some privat messages from other players with the same problem.
I am glad that the problem has begun to be solved, now it is necessary that have settled the arisen misunderstanding with all users of service.

The decision on simple return of a deposit not absolutely honest in otnosheniy different players. As Bencoin declared cancellation of rates and return of a deposit that logically that take away a prize from the person who has won and return the made deposit. And here at the person who has lost and balance less deposit isn't cancelled for some reason by all rates and don't return a deposit but only the account balance. It isn't honest in relation to players as in both Betcoin options remains in profit I take away vyigrash and without giving the remains of an otproigrysh. If have accused the person of suspicious rates that cancel all rates at all such players and return the brought deposit - it will be so correct.

This thread doesn't seem at all organic and I'm questioning if this is a coordinated FUD attempt.  If so my guess is these are the same people DDOSing the sportsbook daily.

Here is my unbiased and non compensated Betcoin experience.  I will gladly provide screenshots if people are skeptical.

As a gambler of 20+ years (i know, i know DEGEN CITY BABY) I have my fair share of gambling experiences.  From street bookies to physical casinos around the world, to being an active member of at least 15 different online casinos at some point over the past 10 years I've seen the good, bad and ugly this industry has to offer.

As far as online crypto currency casinos go I can say without a doubt Betcoin is my favorite and most trusted.  That is not to say they are perfect because they are not but the positives far outweigh the negatives.  When it comes to judging an online casino the NUMBER 1 criteria will ALWAYS be payouts.  If I was rating their payout process compared to others on a scale of 1-10 they would easily get a 9.75 the highest of any online casino, crypto or otherwise. The .25 deduction comes from the fact their ETH withdrawals have had issues in the past 2 weeks.  Nothing major just my payout showing as processed but not yet received on my end.  This has happened 3 times in the last two weeks and while it is semi frustrating it really hasn't been a big deal and each time the WD issue was rectified within hours of me opening a trouble ticket.

In the last two months since I started playing at Betcoin exclusively  I've successfully received same day withdrawals totaling over 2.5 BTC (can provide proof).  When there was an WD issue (always with ETH) it was ALWAYS handled promptly.

PROS:
Fast Payouts
HUGE Selection of Sporting and Esports lines.
HUGE selection of Slots and Card Games. (Personal Faves, Jumbo Joker and Charms & Cloves)
24 HR Chat Support (I may be wrong on this but I've sent chat messages at odd hours and they seem to always be on)
Fantastic customer service (When there were issues they were always handled promptly and when I asked ALWAYS received free plays for my troubles)
Low WD Fees

CONS
Capping straight sports bets at 100 coins (Equals 10% of BTC)
ETH WD has issues from time to time.
Baseball Lines are not great.  Standard is dime or 20 cent lines but BC is sitting at 30 cent lines.

Overall I'm very happy. In fact all of my gambling action online now takes place at Betcoin.

If you spent anytime in crypto you know paid shilling is real.  What you may not know is paid FUD is also real.  That being said I think its best if you take everything you read online with a grain of salt. Even this post.  That being said I would not hesitate to recommend BC to a friend.

In closing I just felt it is important to point out the negative betcoin campaign on BTCT directly coincides with the influx of DDOS attacks to the site.  IMO that is somewhat suspicious but maybe im just paranoid.

We appreciate the feedback and it is certainly valid. This investigation is ongoing and we are still speaking with the players involved to learn as much as possible to prevent it happening again. Once the investigation has concluded, a fair decision will be made for all. Several accounts involved who have cooperated have already been settled with.

When are you planning to solve the remaining the -256 negative trust scores ? Each of them has a valid case and a reason to be there.Take the cases on priority where you are accused with blatantly stealing 5+ bitcoins and you haven't acknowledged it.

Betcoin.ag has been a constant software and management evolution since its inception in early 2013, however one constant has remained and that is to continue to improve to serve and provide a trusted environment to our great players all over the world. Betcoin.ag has continued to grow and expand in all aspects and will continue to do so and is very thankful to have shared this entire experience with the BitcoinTalk.org community. The great feedback we receive from our players, ratings we receive from players and reviewers and consistent players year after year is a testament to our commitment to our players.

Our trust rating at BitcoinTalk.org was not derived by players that used our service and their experience at Betcoin.ag. There is in fact no feedback from Trusted Members at BitcoinTalk.org explaining a negative experience that he or she has experienced directly. Moreover, as we continue to improve our scores and reviews also continue to improve. Fortunately, many players everyday continue to join us at Betcoin.ag and we will continue to work hard for all of you.

We invite anyone and everyone to experience Betcoin.ag and we assure that you will find a trusted gaming experience that will only continue to improve each and everyday. It has been a pleasure sharing the journey of Betcoin.ag with BitcoinTalk.org for over five years and we look forward to many more. Thank you.

You might think that bookmakers do not have the same bets on the event. If you are offered an outcome, it is obvious that they will bet on him. And if the size of the rate is limited to 4.75 euros, then it is obvious that at least two people will surely deliver 4.75 euros for this event. But as one person put immediately for 40 players, it's somehow physically impossible. I think in the run-up to the World Cup, it is better to settle the problem by peaceful means, so as not to spoil your reputation as a reliable bookmaker.

We are now at over 40 accounts following the pattern.  All have stopped playing the same day and we are continuing to weed them out.

As you can see from the accusers all our brand new members of bitcointalk who will disappear once our investigation is finalized and their situation is resolved.

Another thing we have learned about scam accusations is every casino that has been a success has them.  It's just a part of the industry unfortunately.  The abusers and cheaters are quick to say scam when they are caught.
Just search any casinos name and scam and you will see.  Also, those that have spoken negatively of Betcoin.ag in this thread have not been scammed or cheated in anyway and don't even say they have.

We are still researching and examining the players.  All of their tickets have been responded to promptly, some have come forward detailing their pattern and we will work to finalize this.  Others have panicked after being caught and now state scam even though nothing has been finalized.
If you blame more than 40 players in the fact that they somehow abused your site at the same time with the same pattern, thus you confirm that this is not a multi-accounting is but a real people.

It is quite logical that many new forum users appeared here, once you frozen payouts. Where else should players go for information and share of experience? This is a well-known forum, and judging by your reputation at this forum, there have been many such players in your history who made complaint to your actions. And you want to say they are all bad and are you good one, aren't?

If you want to know who disappear from the forum first return the money. As for me I'm not going anywhere.

I sent my photos as you asked. We can speak with each other by skype, phone or web-camera. I want you to tell me what are we both waiting for?

If 40 players are betting the same lines then obviously that's weird. I'll await more info and just point out that I am getting paid no problem.

Hello

I've only been playing here a few weeks now but they have been nice to me so far. They process my payouts quickly when I need it done quickly and have provided me with some nice bonuses.

It is tough when a book has to deal with someone making 40 accounts or whatever to circumvent limits on games. I hope the funds are eventually returned to those users because otherwise it'd be an unfair windfall for the book but I don't blame them for trying to figure out how to stop it in the future.

Not a scam site though, they have paid me every time I've asked.

Betcoin for sure are not scammers. I have been betting there now for over half a year and apart from some limits on some markets, I have been fully satisfied with Betcoin. They always paid out my withdrawals even of multiple BTC within hours and always responded to me on questions.

I do hope they go out of Beta mode quickly because then limits hopefully will be better, but for sure they are not scammers.

Hi All,

If anyone bets on betcoin or has been there then they have surely seen my name (dailydose1 here and there). I'm probably one of the most active members on the site and have been playing there for upwards of a year give or take. I can say with upmost certainty that betcoin is not a scam and have been nothing but honest with me and willing t fix their mistakes. The longest it has ever taken me to get a payout is 24 hours, but normally 30-60 minutes. Which is insanely fast for a sportsbook. I have never once had a problem withdrawing, and I withdraw 1,000-2,000 USD at a time.

Does the sportsbook go down or have problems occassionally? yes. Do they fix it and keep the players updated regularly? yes. This book has its issues occasionally just like all other books but they are quick to rectify the problem and be honest with you. Where else has live chat, community chat (which im on all the time for fun), and support tickets...

These posters never said they didnt use a VPN (which is against the rules....read the rules if your going to wager somewhere.....) and betcoin is doing a thorough investigation.

In this case the apporiate thing to do is open a case with sportsbookreview.com (the trusted name in sportsbetting and grievences with books) but my guess is the poster wont do this because they know they were breaking the rules.

Betcoin has been nothing but great, with quick payouts and great service. Dont believe these clowns coming to the forums when they try to cheat the system and get caught.

I HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH BETCOIN EXCEPT I GAMBLE THERE....A LOT

Have played on Betcoin for three and a half years now and WD's are not something that I have ever experienced issues with. Withdrawals right now faster than ever, around 30 mins on the avg. Also, over the years have witnessed issues where some innocent players get caught in the crossfire of the multi-accounting battle. It sucks, don't get me wrong but to me, it shows at least there is some sort of monitoring happening. I would advise anyone caught in the fires to work with the support and you will see a resolution.

But freshly out of ef's to give for someone creating multiple dozens of accounts to bypass sports betting limits.

people keep making same mistakes over and over again
when you are putting your money into a bank do you read about it first? why don't you do it when you deposit your money
to a casino? a simple search could have saved you a lot of nerves and probably 0.2 bitcoins as well
I hope you will get your money back, since betcoin.ag representative is present in this topic, but next time try to pick a casino with less scam accusations, just in case

First of all, I still confuse with your problem, but why you believe and trust giving your money to the site? IN the world of cryptocurrency, especially in gambling, you have to ready to lose all of your money. And if you try in first time, you should put in  little value, but you put 0.2 bitcoin? For me that's a big nominal, maybe for you that just a little. Ok focus in your problem, what can you do now is just begging they will payback your money. You can do another else way, it will useless.

The 0.2 BTC is not the issue. I cannot get into the exact specifics, but 0.2 BTC from 100 accounts adds up quickly. This is being handled as quickly as we are able, but the investigation is ongoing at this time.

27 April I registered on the betcoin.ag, made deposit 0.20860612 and begun placing bets. After some time I decided to withdraw the rest of the money but without success. I received a message from the site's support that my account was flagged as a member of a group of players abusing their site. They accuse me of using a proxy and in multi-accounting and they do not want to aprove my withdraw request because of that.

As evidence of multi-accounting, they show me a log with series of identical bets from my account and account of other player with username bartakn1kol0 and tell me that in real it is was me who did all of these bets. However, they can not explain to me how I could do these bets at the same time from different places.

I've sent them my documents as a proof that I am a real person. But it seems do not enought and they are looking for a way to take my money.

My first deposit to betcoin.ag were 0.2 BTC. I was lucky to withdraw 0.1 BTC but now all my transactions is frozen and I can't withdraw 0.16 BTC left on the account.

Glad to see any tips from community to resolve this problem.

Perhaps on this forum there is a person playing on a betcoin with the username bartakn1kol0. If yes then most likely you have a similar problem and we must solve it together. At a minimum we have to check our bets because I think the betcoin is trying to fool me.

Hello.
Also faced with the problem of withdrawal of funds and the subsequent charge in multi-account Sad
You'd think that the bookmakers all players are putting absolutely different outcomes and amounts. Strange behavior Betcoin.ag - like the reputation was good and the reviews, but then apparently decided to find a way not to pay players Sad

There is maybe only one fair decision - return money to player. Why should I wait until the investigation is over? How long will your so-called investigation take? Perhaps there is no investigation and you simply do not want to pay players. The bitcoin course changes regularly, and because of you I risk to lose money without even playing at your site!

Yes they constantly had and have problems with the acceptance of a bet, when instead of a coupon there is only a button to enter the account, although I am already there. Therefore, there is nothing surprising in the fact that people ceased to put you in a certain period of time.
It's also strange to see charges of violating rules from a site that caught on the changes to the rules of the back number and trying to punish players for their alleged violation.
If they do not like something, let them return money and close access to the site. But they do not have the right to withhold money. And there is nothing in their rules.

The accounts wager on the exact same events, with identical picks and even the bet sizes being placed at the exact time of day.
What is strange about the fact that people bet on the events that you offer? Do not want to accept bets on these events - do not add them to your site. Events for all players are the same, the coefficients are also, of course, and the bets will be the same.

As for the amount of the bet, in my case when I make bets, I try to put the maximum possible amount according to the bankroll management. You set a limit on the maximum amount of the bet, and then wonder that many players bets the same sum? Try to not limit max bets size and feel the difference.

Each account was opened within several days of each other.
The difference in a few days between the registration of different players is a normal process. As a player it's strange for me to see such accusations. The policy of cheating players will lead to the fact that you will have several new players a year. Also what, you will accuse them of that they in one year were registered?

Each account has not placed a bet since 8 days ago, the day we started cracking down on this. If the accounts were not related, they would have had no idea to stop wagering on this day, since most were wagering every other day up until then.
And why are you do not tell us that it also was the day when button "Play in" have been broken at your site? As for me because of this error I physically could not place bets and I've decided to made request for withdraw because did not want to wait when you fix it. How many players had the same problem that days? And now you told me that "it is a part of pattern". Nonsense. This "pattern" was created artificially by your own actions.

And what about my documents? I already almost every day send you different photos on request. It seems to me it's high time to understand that I'm a real person not multi-account. But you continue to not believe me. Why then do I send all these photos?

The betting patterns of these accounts are similar in a way that would be beyond probability for the accounts to exist independently. The accounts wager on the exact same events, with identical picks and even the bet sizes being placed at the exact time of day. Each account was opened within several days of each other. Each account has not placed a bet since 8 days ago, the day we started cracking down on this.

As I know multi-accounting means that one person open multiple account in series, one after another when previous account was blocked or limited somehow to make bets. But you said that there are a lot of such accounts and they all bets at one time. So, it is can not be one person. And if it is not one person, then this is not multi-accounting. In this case, your claims look strange. People just make bets at your site according the events that you offer. Do you think such actions is suspicious? Return them money and ask do not to play on your site anymore. It is normal practice for many sportsbooks. No players - no problems.

Betcoin.at is already a shady place to gamble at. Plus I believe the OP is also involved in some kind of violation of terms and services and this can be really easily proved by the gambling house.

None the less, at least return his initial deposit and let him go away from the site.

Most recently, I was faced with the same problem, I do not withdraw money and are accused of using VPN, as well as in collusion with a group of people. I try to explain that I only have one account and I'm making bets myself, but so far I have failed. I do not get a large enough amount of money, and I do not know how to solve my question. Please help, maybe as much as I suffered a lot of people. I think this is not the best advertisement for the company before the World Cup. I am extremely disappointed by this attitude towards my clients!
This is indeed a shady act of them where they do have some specific reasons just to hold your funds into the site and ends up you would use up those balance until you lose it all and having these accusations with Betcoin.ag after all these years im not really surprised if theres an another complaint against them but would you mind on showing up your proofs?

This thread is actually be more relevant if it would be placed on scam accusations board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
