ok i see everything turning against me, how can i proof that i dont have multi acounts? i dont know what accounts they trying to connect me with, ias i say lets do KYC, where is problem with that? i think its the only way to proof that i dont have multi accounts! but this casino not interested to do that, because for them its easy situation now. they somehow connect people for multiaccount, they show there proof to the 3rd party, but how person like i am can counter proof this? only by KYC, but they dont want this, am i not right about that?

Sorry but you're only writing accusations now, where's your proof? in your previous post you already wrote that you were going to send emails.
If this issue has been brought up to the gaming commission, which has determined that no further action is needed, then we can be sure that Betcoin.ag is in its right.
Such committees have been created precisely for this purpose. If it had turned out that the player was in their right, they would have taken action.

how can i proof that i dont have multiple accounts? offcourse you can say so, or connect me with some other accounts, lets do KYC to proof this? you can connect people with same bets, or by blokchain, f a friend send you some btc, and we both have account on your website, its not multi-accounting, its two different persons. for you its very comfortable to connect people in this group, and just close account and take there money. you not interested to find the truth, its easy for you to earn btc. i had account on your website, and i suggested my friend to register there, we send each other btc, and then you closed my account and take my money. I understand your dirty policy,even if a player break rules of casino, every fair casino, return deposit, and cut all winnings,but you just take all, But i ont have multi accounts on your web, lets do open investigation, with KYC, and we will find true.

noo, i think its end of story here, as i said it was 5-6 month ago, and i dont have this emails anymore because i give up earlier, and it seems that i cleand my email, and i cant find the conversation 
but basically it was like this, they said i broke there rules, they asked did i used VPN? i said i have vpn on my laptop, maybe at some point it was turned on,but my country not restricted on there website, i give them my ip, i asked to do KYC if they dont believe me, so i dont know was it because of vpn, or because they trying to say that i am multi-accounting, for this i also said i am ready to do KYC, i have only 1 account there. So really hard situation, dont know what to do, especially now its really hurts when you see crypto are so much up. i think it would be fair if they give just my deposit back, because i dont have much profit there anyway..

yes for sure, i will make all screenshots of conversation, and post it here, its already 5 month since i am blocked there, i already lost all hope, and then i read some reviews about there website, and found that i can get help here, i am new here, so my next message will be my email conversation with them.

And why is that, that you can not post your Emails? You can simply mask your Email address and post the conversations.
It is better to post all the evidence you have, instead of only an accusation.
Based on only an accusation, nobody would believe the story.

Yes you can post all your emails from what you have sent to them and their replying about your emails. You can post on their ANN thread too because their main account still active on this forum.Why there are so many accusations about site while bitcoin price is increasing too i felt

I am watching the thread, but you really need to move it to the scam accusation board as some users already suggested and also you need to bring some evidences to support your accusation. Please do not ask us to believe you. Your evidences will speak for you.

You are reporting them in the wrong board. Make a thread over here. Make sure you read "Scam Report Format" thread that has been pinned on the scam accusation board over there. Provide adequate proof and explaination.If you broke their terms of service, then they have the right to close your account and confiscate your funds (if that's what written in their terms and you agreed to it). Though they should give you an explanation and most of the casino returns the deposit made minus all the profit/loss.

This is an aimless message. No explanations, no arguments, no screenshots. That way you can accuse anyone.
Post proof if you really make an accusation.
