LOL@bold

Jonathan,

I was just told that you need to clear your cash, close all browser windows, quit the browser program, and login again, and then you should not experience any issues with your withdrawals....
Kind regards,

Well a Casino addict would do anything to gamble, but if there's no such as proof you know, people actually (real scammers) modify photos an all.
We have to wait til he sends the TxIDs

Never ever heard of this casino.

Please post TxIDs - at least shows a bit of proof.

Also why not just try withdraw 10btc at a time?

I think, he is just lying to put shame on a competitor. No one would be stupid enough to deposit and gamble, such a big amount on a casino, which has no reputation, and a lot of people don't even know if it exists.

I don't see why you would be trusting a casino with such a large amount of bitcoin (especially such an unknown casino that has very little/no existing reputation).

Do you have the TXIDs of the deposits you sent them?

This casino is an absolute joke, they pay you on small payouts and then when you cash out anything over 20 BTC - all systems are down and this phony Peter Nolan steps in - see the below convos - I have so many more but whats the point - these guys are scam artists

onathan,

Once a request is submitted then it's approved if it's needed. In your case it's preapproved, BUT the cashouts still can be randomly chosen for no reason, this is not the case how. Everyone has been mobilized and they're looking into these issues right now. Please stand by for a report. And although I understand you are very unhappy about this experience - and rightfully so, I saw those screenshots myself and I'm even more pissed off, - still let's try to avoid any potentially unpleasant language. EVERYONE here is doing their best to fix this for you and make things right. Mr. Lim heard about the blackjack and has authorized James and Wayne to use any resources necessary for their two department to immediately solve this even if this means sleeping in the office for the next few days. Nobody is going home. What a weekend. Wait for an update from me.

Kind regards,

Peter

Jonathan,

I was just told that you need to clear your cash, close all browser windows, quit the browser program, and login again, and then you should not experience any issues with your withdrawals. Apparently there's some old cookie from the previous session in your system. Try it and let me know if it works. I'll keep everyone in the office as long as necessary to make sure everything works for you.

Kind regards,

Peter

Jonathan,

I was told by our techs that you requested multiple cashouts 5 BTC each and they all have been processed. There are no restrictions whatsoever, on the contrary your transactions are prioritized as you are a Special VIP now. If you see an error message make a screenshot video ASAP. Also, what OS/browser are you using?

Kind regards

Peter
