It is a nice attempt by them, but you have to be careful with things like this. Usually they charge a lot of money before you get even something back.

So be prepared for that, those organizations do not work for free.

One of our main goals is to cleanse crypto space from frauds since the inception of the company. Fraud Database is completely FREE for victims. We have existing revenue streams and network of investors that make this possible. Founder of the company has been scammed too through various and very complex scams and we have excellent understanding of ways and methodology of fraud. Via our platform we can help investors that lost their cryptocurrency to find suitable legal help, class action or litigation. The platform is opened for public yesterday afternoon UK time. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help.

I have always accessed my account with my Spanish IP, I only used a different IP to check if they answered my chat, but without login. There is no reason to block my account.

it's pretty easy to fall for this. they have an attractive site. The problem in this situation is that they can always come up with arguments about an Ip address. it is difficult to check who is then telling the truth.
The size of the amount can also play a significant role, depending on this they are more likely to make excuses or not.
There is no reason for them to block the account. I do not know if they have somebody on the forum who represents them.

Last update. I have continued to try to withdraw and contact them. It has not been possible, all withdrawals have been cancelled and my emails have not been answered. Today I tried to access the account and it is not possible, it seems to have been blocked. And as they are not going to answer me in any way, I can say that my adventure with them is over. Please, let it be said out loud, do not register in this bookie, regardless of the wagering requirements to withdraw, they have mistreated me. I have lost my money.

Thanks ryzaadit.
I'm reading in your T&C that I should bet 45 deposit + bonus, the bonus I didn't use, although I guess I'll have to fulfill the rollover anyway.
What I still don't understand is why the support doesn't respond to me.

So, No solution? The problem is that they don't answer my e-mails or chat when they detect my IP, because if I enter with another IP they answer me.
The solution, you need to wager at least more than x15-x35 from your deposit + bonus balance.

If you can make it to finish the wager requirement, in every bonus deposit you should can be withdrawn but other users say after he finishes the wager and tries to withdraw. The casino asking to verify the account by sending ID + Document, yeah this scheme was also to slowly you to get your money & withdrawal.

This casino was not really populer at all, so better everyone who gambling always playing on some populer casino with a good track record, faster withdrawl and doesnt required anything to do a withdrawl

Yes, they gave me the bonus, but since I didn't want it and I had a month to rollover, I went a month without betting, until they removed the bonus, after that I tried to withdraw again and again and they always rejected me, I sent dozens of emails to support and they don't answer me, in the chat they don't answer me either.
Reading a previous comment.

The bonus will automatically be activated, even you have not activated the bonus itself. IDK about bonus terms & conditions you cannot avoid this when the bonus has been activated and also bonus will have some deadline you need to finish about the wager requitment. If you cannot full fill the wager requirement before the deadline passed, then you will not withdraw the balance, or could be they will draw all of your balance.

IMO, this casino wants to try looking for money with this scheme went the bonus activated itself automatically with some insane wager amount. Bonus need to be always activated by the user not automatically add from the website.

I checked for "Welcome Bonus Package" when seeing the rules nothing show up at all ~LOL.

What did you expect from a site that is not licensed? Playing on a site that doesn't have a gambling license is asking for trouble.
I hope it will be solved, but if its not, then you do not have any references to dig into.

Thats a very big amount to play for a random online casino, you could’ve choose a decent casino website If I were you. Shitty online Casinos use that deposit bonus strategy to lure there victims, you are lucky if you can cash out your funds without strict conditions. Choose a good online casino next time or you can search for feedbacks online to make sure you are not wasting your hard earned money.

confirmed scam.
I encountered this issue myself today.
I deposited ETH and recieved 100% bonus automatically.
Have had this happen on other sites occasionaly, and every time was able to have it removed by contacting support.

Not so, here : live chat response:

The deposit bonus is automatically added to your deposit as a part of welcome package that we have on website. The bonus can't be cancelled unless wagered.

If a site offers a bonus, you should always be wary of the terms and conditions. Most fair would be a bonus that comes in a reserved state so that users can use their own balance without the bonus money. If your bonus were to be in your main account, you will have problems paying out. This site also runs without a gambling license, then you should know better in advance.

It already sounded shady if you have to analyze their capacity as they've run without any legitimate license. Their bonus system was only used to attract or get attention from other people but not really giving out what they've expected to have. That's why it turns out a scam because of those reasons, not receiving any rewards as well.

Sometimes many scam casinos use that to attract those users to play at their casino that's why by now we should check on the site background since it could give us an indicator if they are good casino to play or not, or better we should avoid any unlicensed or shady casino so that we will not get any problem when they will start to think bad about the money of their depositors.

Wow you lost a good amount there, you should have thoroughly check the background of betflip before deciding to use and deposit to it. I wonder if where do you find a decent reviews from this platform, is it coming from forum reviews or only a review that can be easily fake like in their website or review sites? I salute you for giving a warning here so others will be aware also and they will not become the next victim of this site.

Did you try to withdraw your remaining balance? as I can see that you still have 0.0973 btc base on your statement here. It will be best if you will just withdraw your remaining money and make sure to never be a victim to this kind of shit platforms again.

Go to scam accusation and post a proper complain format with evidence so that your case will be notice by many members and they will be notified about on what happen to you, Also if that's the case then its not fair to you but people need to hear the answer of BETFLIP team so that we can really say that we need to avoid that site.

For now just follow this format for scam reporting https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073

agree this is not the right section you should also follow the format. i've seen that most of the people are posting in gambling section for the increase of awareness but this is not the right section for it.

Hi everyone. I have a complaint against betflip that is hard for me to believe even after experiencing it.

I was looking for a bitcoin Sportsbook because I didn’t want my btc converted to dollars. On my search I found a couple decent reviews on betflip so decided to give them a try. I deposited 0.2 btc on 11/29. I was automatically given a 110% bonus and my balance showed 0.42 btc. Keep in mind I did not ACCEPT any bonus and was never even given the option to accept or decline it. I tend not to bother with deposit bonus’s after some horror stories I’ve seen online but I wasn’t given a choice here.

I played for around a month, and whenever I accounted for my balance I simply subtracted the 0.22 bonus as I figured there was no way I’d meet the rollover and they would simply remove the 0.22 once the bonus period was over. By 12/27 I had 0.6495 in my account, 0.4295 by removing the bonus. (I have screenshots of everything I can provide if needed) On the morning of 12/27 I log into my account and I see 0.0973 btc. I check my account history and there was a withdraw for 0.5522 btc. I immediately went on live chat as I assumed someone hacked into my account. They told me I received an email about this so I checked and got the following:

**************************

Our sport fraud team have checked your sport tickets history. They have detected that you have violated bonus rules. You have an active 111% bonus on your first deposit(0.2BTC). In detail, you have made dozens of bets on less than 3 positions in ticket and won. Total net wins(12524.63Euro equivalent 0.5522BTC) accumulated by these tickets are forfeited. All bets made by violating of rules are not counted in wager requirement.
Please consider bonus rules(minimum 3 positions in ticket, minimum odd 1.3 for each position, minimum total odd 2.5 of ticket.) in your future play. We reserve a right to act more strictly in case of repeated violation.

****************************

So essentially they are saying whenever you have a bonus (which they FORCE you into taking) you are only allowed to bet 3 team parlays?!? This is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard of. I try to understand their math of how I somehow have half the money of my original deposit, and I’m told on live chat they voided ONLY THE WINNING TICKETS! The losing tickets stand. To everything I say I basically get the same generic answer:
“It’s in the rules.” I was also told every new user has no choice but to accept the bonus and play by these “rules.”

I am posting this to warn everyone to never touch this site.
