BetInAsia would "play" with your funds and place them on a bet in the exchange (e.g. OrbitExchange) where they simply drain your balance with them. It happened dozens of times to many people.

I have played at over a hundred different fiat and Bitcoin casinos and only
a single operator asked for verification right after opening an account.
It is completely standard to ask for KYC before the 1st withdrawal and literally
every casino operates like this. If your claim would be true, even the most reputable
bookmakers would be shady, because they allow you to deposit and to place wagers
without verifying your account first.

I am not a player and do not know how casinos handle this, except the reports I receive from victims.
AML / KYC laws require to check the identity in case of deposits and withdrawals. Those casinos who selectively enforce KYC only in case of withdrawals to find a reason to not send money owed are obviously shady!

However, I wanted to know if you enforce permanent self-exclusion and not if you try to scam customers with KYC in case of withdrawals only. As you do not check accounts when depositing you obviously do not enforce the right of permanent self-exclusion!

Dear game-protect, as you know, you can deposit and play on every bookie/casino without KYC. In case you want to withdraw your money, you must verify your account.

If they only have to go through KYC in case of withdrawal, then permanently banned players can easily open an account with you, deposit and lose money!

Yeah, not an auspicious start, almost two weeks since the introduction post, and we're doing more bumping than the OP. Shame that Bitcoin casinos start out like this but don't seem to have the steam to carry on. As asked above, before any of us even dare to deposit or play, we want to know the most important thing... do you force KYC on any level? From what I can see, you're not regulated (license doesn't count) so you actually don't have any grounds to ask for KYC. Can you confirm this?

sportmarket is the broker I'm using for odds comparison betting since it makes it easier than checking every single bookie that Asianconnect offers when I want to bet on tennis for example ( since no odds table comparison for tennis )
but sportmarket has KYC and they charge 1% on deposits and withdrawals ( the minimum to deduct is 10 euros and I remember min transaction should be 250 euros or above )so I don't keep depositing and withdrawing there like I do in bitcoin sites or in Asian connect
