Anything you have to say or want to say should be in the public domain, kindly post your comments here in the open forum. Thank you.

Contact me and I'd be glad to discuss it but I cannot provide legal advice in a public forum.

However if you Google me and "ccTLD .IO"  or "BIOT" you will get some idea.

I still advise users to add you to their IGNORE list and to not give you the time of day but as a one-off here goes:

I had to unIGNORE you just read your post. What is your real plan here? What is your end game?

Jolly old boy, you seem outraged, why?  I am offering a free consultation to scam victims.  For someone who uses a pseudonym  (made up name), you seem very particular.  Also you need to read better, I passed the bar in 1992 and can use Dr. because I hold a PhD from the University of Cincinnati. Do you think only "real lawyers" sit in some stuffy office 60 hours a week while the economy has gone virtual the last 20 years?

Here is a post I made in another betking scam related threads advising members to stay away from you - Dr Jonathon Levy :

Just exactly how the so-called Californian 'baby bar' allows him to use a cheap UK mailing address to pass off as his UK Office thus giving the impression he can practice law with the United Kingdom and has some dort of office where a secretary and a team of lawyers including himself operate from - that is just plain old skulduggery and nothing more than a lie.

This so-called lawyer cannot be trusted therefore everybody is advised to stay away from him no matter what he promises.

I searched his website, why exactly did the "Dr" become part of his name?

Should we raise some funds to help him buy an SSL so his website is considered safe or shall we provide him some links so he can a free Lets Encrypt SSL? Maybe we should hire a coder for him to find and fix the reasons why the SSL connection has failed?

A fake lawyer using a fake London mailing address to show he has an office there. The so-called lawyer is nothing more than a scammer.

It is a lawyer affiliated with Game Protect...

He's actually a real lawyer that went to an unacreddited law school (Taft) but passed the California bar in 1992.  (One of the few states that allow people to even take the bar without going to real law school - you just have to pass the 'baby bar' first.).

Since then he seems to have a very similar MO as game-protect.  The only difference being he is an actual lawyer somewhere and not anonymous.
- Make outrageous claims about how you are going to help victims recover their funds even though wherever the money is is out of your jurisdiction.
- Exaggerate your experience and qualifications.
- Drop links in bitcointalk threads that victims of scams are likely to see.

It seems like his cryptolawoffice.io is his latest scheme since it was registered only a couple months ago.

There's a long thread about him in a lawyer/law based forum that started in 2009 with the last post in 2018: http://thefogbow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=1207

There's probably some interesting stuff in there but I've haven't had time to do more than skim it.

I would go with the option/possibility it is serial scammer Dean Nolan using one of his many alt-accounts to spread propaganda.

Another alt-account posting in favour of serial scammer Dean Nolan and his betking scam?

I want to buy some BKB tokens, how does it work?
It is either Dean is shilling for himself or someone is trolling, I would go with latter, it really looks like someone purposely created account just to post here to look like Dean did it.

I think it is clear that the affiliate links in the OP have little meaning now since serial scammer Dean Nolan has put all his eggs in the Bitsler basket.

Be under no illusions at all, of the 250 accounts that can receive $200 from Bitsler, a large proportion will be going to serial scammer Dean Nolan when he creates enough accounts to apply  Roll Eyes

This serial scammer Dean Nolan even threatened the Telegram group with shutting down and going back to a 9-5 job because claimed he was penniless. He did that after he asked victims for even more money after he stole the $400,000 bankroll and shut the website down.

Hopefully jail time will coming his way very soon one day.

you think it was impossible to spend $2,000,000 on the site from Sep 2017 to Dec 2018?
Of course it's possible to "spend" $2,000,000 on a site that looks 99%  the same as it did years earlier, while barely anyone uses the site. I find it hard to believe you're that bad at your business. Especially since 250 players had only $18,000 in deposits. You don't need $2,000,000 per year to run such a site. But you know that of course.

That is the crux of the argument, everything seems to be going through serial scammer Dean Nolan. How can he still be allowed to tell Bitsler who were and were not victims of his scam? He can make up any number of users that claim $200.

Why is Bitsler trusting a known serial scammer Deab Nolan that stole the ICO funds (and $400,000 bankroll in October 2019) to help distribute $18,000 for victims that he himself created?

So, players will get refund of max $200 per case after using Betking.io's affiliate link to register on Bitsler.. Sounds like a very unethical tactic to earn more money from victims, who in the first place, have already lost a shitload of money because of some "hack" on betking.io.

You (or bitsler, if they agreed to help) should refund these players either way, whether they register using your affiliate link or not.

If I was a victim, I sure as hell would never ever use an affiliate link from the one responsible for making me lose my funds.

I'm not blaming bitsler or whatsoever, it's a creative way for them to get new users and they are even willing to give them (betking victims) a little money.

quick, post again after this so people never see my replies  Grin

It's kinda sad though, how you went from taking $6,000,000 at your ICO

Keep in mind that $1,000,000 of that was money I put into it myself and over $3,000,000 was paid back to BKB holders through buybacks, a number of people actually managed to get all their tokens bought for a profit.

A fact people like to ignore. There's < $2,000,000 that were not bought back, almost all of the money with people I am still in contact with, some who have even told me to just move on and forget about it since they understand what they invested in.

So there you go, $2,000,000, you think it was impossible to spend $2,000,000 on the site from Sep 2017 to Dec 2018? And before you start with where's the $1mm of yours, yes that was spent too. I even spent way more than that after Dec 2018 trying to keep the site going and making money to refund everyone, who do you think paid for everything from Dec 2018 to Oct 2019?

Having someone else pay them back is not what I would call "working" for it.

It takes a lot of work to pitch these ideas and work out deals. I've been working non stop since BK closed in October to make something like this happen, as well as other stuff, some failed some still being worked on.

It doesn't matter what you think about how "sad" it is that I took however long to scrape $18k together.
All that matters is 250 people are going to be paid back, over 200 of them in full and potentially more with other deals that we make.

Which casinos have you contacted and have refused to help? These need to be tagged and possibly flagged.

I really did not want to name names since the other party would no doubt have felt the conversation was in confidence but here is the latest.

All affiliate links have vanished and the betking website now shows just Bitsler as an exclusive affiliate.

I guess the serial scammer was not making any money from those links therefore he removed those links and Bitsler agreed a deal with betking that in no way can benefit users that lost cash when serial scammer Dean Nolan stole $400,000 worth of Bitcoin bankroll then shut the website down.

To claim your refund you must do the following:

Signup to Bitsler with this link
Email your Bitsler username to [email protected]
We will confirm your account with Bitsler

Of those alleged 250 users that had balance on their accounts how many will be alt-accounts designed to get $200 free gaming money from Bitsler? How can anybody believe anything the serial scammer Dean Nolan says? What is in this for Bitsler... they are paying up to a maximum of $18,000 in the hope of getting back a lot more from new sign-ups but they have damaged their brand by associating with betking.

None of the casinos have agreed to pay old investors at all.
The payments are done by me from the rev share I receive.
How can you be trusted with whatever tiny amounts affiliates links bring in when you are the one who stole from ICO investors, BKB investors, BKT investors, winner of wagers, used pirated software avoiding to pay licence fees and you were the one that stole over $400,000 of bitcoin blaming it on an imaginary hack and shutting down betking?

If you wonder why again no investors or players ever post in your threads it's because most are in constant communication with me in the token holders telegram group.
Well was that when you first wrote telling victims you would not ask victims for money then changed your tune begging them for money? When they told they would not pay you more money and wanted their stolen funds back you threw a tantrum and told them you were going back to getting a 9-5 job and giving up on crypto.

Oh yes, some us know exactly what is going on in that invite-only telegram of yours which is full of so many synonymous "lol" of yours I lost count  Grin

Here you can see > 140 token holders or people who lost in the hack are in this group. They are well aware of me using the BetKing site as an affiliate portal and we discussed it at length before it went live.
This is just one of a number of things I've setup to bring income to refund investors.
The easiest thing to do would be to simply return the funds you stole and blamed on an imaginary hack. Nobody wants to be in your telegram group, they are just floating around in the hope they might get something returned to them if they play nicey-nice along with you.

There doesn't need to be a public list of people. That would be stupid for obvious reasons. People who lost in the hack or have tokens obviously know they did and 99% have been contacted by email and over 60% are in the group. Of which > 90% of actual $ is in the group too.

You have a valid point Loyce, many thanks for pointing out your concerns.

On my part I assumed they had addresses of betking victims when I received the PM. I thought their affiliate manager had those details but you are right about there being no public records about victims of the betking scam so how could they get hold of the addresses and the amounts of losses involved? I will write to them and ask for clarification.

Just a point of information for all reading this, so far all the others I sent PMs to have advised me they are looking in to the matter and I have not heard back since but this particular gaming website said they were going to make payments to investors.

I would like to stress this point I have a lot of respect for that particular gaming website for saying they will bypass serial scammer Dean Nolan and make payments directly to investors because they said it was the only chance of them getting any funds. The idea they sympathised with investors (victims) of the scam is commendable, I appreciate their opinion on the matter and their attempt to help bring about some funding to victims but what you said about there being no public record of victims means they might find it an impossible task.

One of the listed websites that have allowed serial scammer Dean Nolan to become their affiliate have told me they will make payments to investors/victims of betking.
How are they going to decide who to pay (if Dean makes any referral commission at all)? As far as I know, there's no public list of all victims, and it will be very hard to prove you owned some made-up BKB tokens on a website that no longer exists.

The once high and mighty betking website has returned but with a massive fall from grace.

All the website does now is show affiliate links which will make serial scammer Dean Nolan money every time a user signs up as an affiliate and places bets. The betking website is no longer an online casino, it is just a place where the owner hopes people will click links and play at various online casinos so he can get commission.

As well as an affiliate link website it is now being converted in to a review website for casinos  Roll Eyes

mBit and Oshi might not have been aware of the full extent of the betking scam so it is easy to give them the benefit of the doubt but WHAT IS WRONG with Sportsbet, Bitcasino, Stake, Primedice and Cloudbet?

These five were around this forum when serial scammer Dean Nolan and his betking was stealing from winners of their competitions and stealing from investors so why have they allowed a massive scam such as betking to get affiliate links?

Why do they want to be associated with betking and serial scammer Dean Nolan after all the scams he conducted including the theft of over $400,000 of Bitcoin which led to the eventual collapse of the website in October 2019? That one he blamed on the server being hacked where ALL funds that were ALWAYS previously kept on a cold wallet were transferred to the hot wallet for reasons unknown but just in time for the alleged hack to take place - there is no doubt in the minds of those aware of the background that serial scammer Dean Nolan stole those funds and blamed it on an imaginary hack and he never reported the crime to the police. He and tried to hide it from the forum too that was until I posted about the website being down and when investors came here and exposed him.

It is common knowledge here in the forum about how he stole from ICO investors, BKB token holders then later from BKT token holders when he restructured the tokens on EOS and he also stole from winners of the 2018 Christmas Wager by not paying winnings by blaming it on another imaginary hack before admitting he miscalculated the odds and did not have enough funds. Knowing all this and more these casinos are allowing serial scammer Dean Nolan to make money off them? Surely that cannot be the correct course of action.

Initial calculations show serial scammer Dean Nolan siphoned-off millions of USD$. betking raised $6.5 million in the 2017 ICO and he stole a minimum of 30 million BKB directly from the 100 million BKB created which gave him around $1.95 million. He then stole further amounts because under the terms of the ICO "50% of all funds for "marketing, promotions, SEO, design development, server costs and legal" but he did no such thing to value of $3.25 million so where exactly did the money go?
