It is allowed and you are welcomed to link the video here on the forum for all to see since the customer (which are here using their services) have the right to see what kind of practices they are involved with if they are in fact stealing their customers money this way. Embarrassed

All live dealer sites that have used Ezugi created software will be affected by this.
They are HQ'd in Costa rica with their facility located there with their testing studio not to far away from the capital of San Jose. Believe me on this. I have a software engineer that I have been talking to via skype since Feburary 2014. Grin

Sorry for dragging this thread back up, especially as this is my first post.

I have to correct you, I'm afraid that you and your engineer have your information wrong about Ezugi.

They were not involved in the Live Dealer scams with Betonline.ag

BetOnline used the Live Casino Solution from Global Gaming Labs and had decided way before the Youtube video was released to move to a new supplier.

In part because of some issues and part because Global Gaming Labs (GGL) had announced they were closing down. Visionary iGaming had been working in the background with Betonline and 20 of GGL's clients to migrate them to their platform, which was completed in June 2017.

I flew from the UK in May to meet all of the live casino solution providers based in San Jose, Costa Rica - GGL, Visionary iGaming, Ezugi and Vivo Gaming, so I have first-hand knowledge and experience of their operations and their set-up.

I saw no evidence of systematic cheating by the companies. However grooming of dealers by outside third parties is a problem and several have lost their jobs through this. The internal controls monitoring the dealers are significant as is player activity. Anything even slightly suspicious is flagged up for investigation.

I also have my own theories about the Youtube video which I've documented here. https://www.livecasinocomparer.com/news/truth-about-the-betonline-cheating-scandal/

Good move by Betonline, it is the only honest way they could fix this problem.
If Live Dealer is caught cheating then the only natural response should be firing that bastard along with the company he represented.
Seriously, incidents like these will undermine gamblers' trust in every online casino using live dealers. Casino should be the one to spot this cheating first!
But if the casino is in on the cheating then they are just affiliated with the fault.
And thus are running a scam site along with the provider being the root cause because the one's creating the platform have programmed it in the design!
There is more than meets the eye for this one.
At least the casino is doing something rather than ignoring the situation. If they didn't take it down right away future gamblers could potentially get scammed by the same operator.
If they return the money to people that means they hope to stay in the business. And I guess this will really help them. Sometimes casinos don't do a thing with such situations and yet have their gamblers.
But I don't understand how can one claim to get the money back. On the videos I've seen there is a guy taking not the fist card but the card behind it. However, I thought this was their player, sort of, who just gives cards to others. And so does it mean that one has to find his tournament, look closely whether he was given the card he deserved and if not they'll return money?

Yes you are right on that.
But they are back up now so it was to upgrade their system.
But blackjack is still down now since incident with Betonline happened.
Ezugi is the software engineering firm for all these platforms. They tweak and modify them according to each provider's needs. They have a facility in Costa rica where they are headquartered.
How I know this? Cause I have been following them since the summer of 2014 when they released this platform to the public by other online casinos.
Those are the ones that should be investigated.
Straight to the source of those cheating and fraudulent activity allegations so they can proven in a Costa rican court of law so to be prosecuted to the full extent and closed down for the good of all other casinos!

You or anyone else notice that vegascasino bitcasino sportsbet and all the other .io domains took them down as one of the casino providers they carry to play with?
That happened since that became public late last week on Friday.

Coincidence? I think not detective Sherlock holmes! I wholeheartedly think not!

god how many times are you going to state your knowledge on this subject.... is it such an accomplishment that you stalked them for 3years....

second does costa rica even have laws? pretty sure all corrupt businesses set up shop there.

and lastly who ever "did" get scammed can probably afford the lose.... since they would rather play live and waste 10x more time... then play the fast provably fair version of these games.

They just deserve such action from Betonline and regarding on that provider I think no one would able to get their services again and talking about the refund/giveback on those bets I think its just really fine since the cheating have been busted out and if im one of those players I will surely do the same thing.

Caught cheating their customers now players at this casino are able to appeal their cases and are likely to get their bets paid back from their poor choice in a provider.
Everything was recorded and they are liable for their provider's actions. They might be accused to payout even more if enough complaints are filed against them and a possibility of a case action lawsuit against that provider and the casino might also on the horizon if more of the public are aware of these live dealer casinos and what they are doing "behind the screens" via their support employees (the ones who administer the chat part of the system - they are the ones who notify the dealers when there is a hand who must make lose or it will cost their respective studio way too much money for that particular round! I have behind the scenes knowledge of this Wink ). Grin
This is why they want your feedback. Roll Eyes So to gather all the information they can to defend against you, so be careful in what you offer to give them. Just demand your funds back from those bets placed with them. Wink
That is evident! Grin
