By the way.... I lost 3.58 bitcoin to this scammer: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1P49SaDymjBrJcAkdNrzvnRXQj7TCikHWr

If anyone can recover it, I will reward you with half. That's roughly $21 400 in price money.

And if you are the scammer reading this... you will notice that I'm still watching years after, and will continue to do so.
I am willing to settle if you want me to leave this alone. Send me a message with an offer.

Stolen bitcoin: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1J77kTTSysMzobzjGp7Acm1yEtQYGPd4A5

Any chance of tracking this guy down? I followed some transactions and I believe they lead to an exchange wallet. This was a quite recent transaction.

Maybe this one: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1LASN6ra8dwR2EjAfCPcghXDxtME7a89Hk

Not sure why he isn't taking care of his site though, I can't even access my account page, though I was able to login. I can't go to the account page, and therefore can't withdrawal any BTC.
It doesn't work with some versions of Firefox. Try a different browser or an older version.

Oh yes, you are right, I switched to opera browser, and now was able to access my account.

Still, that's a pretty big bug, especially since I was able to access it previously.

If someone could get the admin personal info, maybe someone can know on his door. 200 000+ USD is not some pocket money.

Isn't his personal info listed on the bottom of the site?

His twitter seems very active, last post was today:

How do you "put the work in" dude? Give us some tips on how to know whether to trust an online service.

Seriously? Did you read what you were commenting on?

Well then see here and stop feeding the scammers.

It's right there.

Yeah, I can read, thanks for asking. And I can spot a dodgy online service, just the same as you dude.

Who would trust someone running under a domain Betsofbitco.in ?

Trust nobody.

No dude, the solution isn't to be overly wary of cosmetic things such as domain names and to conclude that nobody is trustworthy. The solution is to put in the work and determine what's worth trusting and what isn't. There's no getting out of this: if you want to make smart choices, you'll have to do some thinking.

An online betting site using a generic WP layout that is registered anonymously doesn't trigger a red flag? How about a search across the web to see if others have had problems in the past or just to get some more information on users experiences?

Those would be a great place to start.

I took the short cut and just went on the appalling domain name. I wouldn't even visit a site with a domain like that, so no chance of getting scammed by it

Well, they've been having problems for quite a while. Some people seem to see their coins after raising enough of a stink in their main thread; you might have some luck that way.

Did the admin just stole 180 BTC? Coldwallet: https://blockchain.info/address/1J77kTTSysMzobzjGp7Acm1yEtQYGPd4A5

Edit: It's only one of the coldwallets, he has stolen way more for sure.

I have an account on Betsofbitco.in since some time now, today I try to login (after having won 2 bets totaling around 1.4 BTC), it says my password or account is invalid. Am I alone?
