ICO is a form of capital call that is similar to an initial public offering (IPO). Other than that, instead of receiving a share, the investor will receive token.
Risks associated with ICO activities have raised concerns among many countries. In 2017, China issued an ICO ban and closed its domestic electronic money exchange. More recently, the Korean Attorney General proposed a bill banning all electronic money transactions.

I think his bid has been refuted by someone more powerful than him.

and if we can recall, the ban by Chinese was corrected in few weeks.

so crypto will come back on its feet.

It's just an opportunity for those who missed the train to fill their wallets.

ICO is the most riskier for of crypto investments because there are many ICOs are run by the scammer they will steal all your money in the form of ICO sale.Once it was done then they will hide aways. But many tokens will get good values after the ICO sale which is due to their great development team.So if you want to make more money then it always comes with risks so we have to pick legit ICOs to make money or we will lose all.

It's time to control the crazy ICO. We see that too many ICO actually have only one white paper describing the perfect, which has no practical application combination at all. At this stage of ICO, there are too many deception, a lot of projects just to get the investor's bitcoin and ETH. They don't care about the development of the project.

The bigger the boat, the bigger the waves ...
ICO investment if successful will bring very fast profits.
But it's like a game, it has the luck of it. So consider playing ICO ...

Many ICO have turned out to be a scam or their coin do not have any value due to various reasons. Thus this has created a fear among its users that they may end up losing money if invested in such bad coins. Unless you can afford to lose some money in this ICO then only invest in it else better to buy only top coins.
