There are many topics like this.

What people did posted most is that people are using phones and other browsing devices to access gambling sites. That this makes online gambling sites to be more addicted.

If it is land based, you can not access it easily and frequently like browsing devices. But gamblers still need to be careful of both and not get addicted.

I didn't realize it. Thanks for pointing it out and for your opinion. We have the same opinion about both types of gambling.

Which type of gambling has more gambling addicts? There was actually one in which I was the Op of that thread.

And I don’t think you will get a different answer from what was already discussed there. From my findings, it's obvious that every type of gambling produces its own addicts; those who gamble in a physical casino can get addicted; those who are used to online casinos can also get addicted; all that matters is where the gambler finds peace and confronts to gamble.

I didn't see this topic, but thanks for providing the link. I read a few comments there, and I am already satisfied with the ideas I got there; there's nothing more to discuss. I also made a general comment on that topic. Gambling is what it is, but for the reason that made me create this topic, I only realized that an online casino can make a gambler more addicted unless the physical casino is very close to their residence.

Both can. There is no doubt about it because one can find addicted people in both brick-and-mortar casinos and also wagering money recklessly on online casinos. Addiction to gambling and betting is something which has existed way before the invention of internet and computers.
Though, if we were going to compare online and brick and mortar, I believe the accessibility of online gambling makes it more dangerous for someone who has a tendency to fall victim of addiction.
It is just a matter to think a bit about it, going to a physical casino takes getting out of one's way and physically travel to such location in order to have fun and it would also take several travels and sessions before developing addiction to it.
On the other hand, online casinos are always at the reach of one's hand, as long as one has a smartphone and access to internet, that gets translated to more sessions in a shorter period of time, obviously...

All of the above I choose that is, in physical I see those who are gambling addiction they don't gamble online neither do they have any smartphone to gamble online but yet I still find them becoming more addictive than those who even have access to the internet. Most people who gamble land based casino do emptied their pockets immediately they received their salary they would go withdraw their salary to gamble with it while those who uses online could keep funding their account immediately they are emptied. At this point anyone can be likened to be addicted if they don't control their gambling habits.

Just as the tittle has stated, which casino do you think will cause a gambler to easily become addicted?

I just want an open discussion. Share your ideas and explain whether it's an online casino or a physical casino.

In my own opinion and as some people would say, "gambling is addictive, so it doesn't matter where the gambler is playing; they can get addicted once they lose self-control." Yes, I know that gambling can be addictive, but I still believe that a gambler can easily get addicted to online gambling because they will always have access to their gambling device, which gives them the privilege to gamble any time they want. If a gambler is using a physical casino, they might not have the time or strength to walk down or drive down to the casino at all times which can limit how frequent they gamble and can prevent them from becoming addicted.
