Yes, perhaps the OP didn't know what the announcement page or board here: Gambling.

But then again, maybe the OP is really new and so he is just exposed with this kind of websites. However, for us, who have been here for so long, we know where to look for reputable casinos that we can play and not be scam.

It has already been moved and I think the mods have moved it, if you haven't. I understand there might be a reason for you to choose that casino. What I meant was that we have big casinos here, who have their announcement page. Most community members prefer only those casinos as in the event of anything wrong we can deal with them accordingly.

betwinner has long trajectory under crypto bookies sites. is not new one and i think one of the most famous because of its markets

If you were the owner/operator of a casino and someone posted an allegation against you without providing any evidence, how would you feel about it?

I do not know if you have ever seen a scam accusation in the forum before you really should provide some sort of evidence. I cannot recall ever being made aware of a casino called "Betwinner" therefore cannot comment on them but would like to stress the importance of providing evidence when accusing another party of scamming. Can you post screenshots?

I think about the exact same thing every time I read a thread related to a casino, that I never heard the name of, scamming a user out of their money or asking to complete a lot of requirements for KYC or withdrawal or making excuses and not accepting KYC documents. I put myself in their place and think, that if I were to use my money to gamble, would I not do at least some basic research to find a platform that has a good reputation in the gambling community and is trustworthy?

A person, whether old or new in gambling, should always be careful about the platforms they are going to use for their activities because you can't trust every single platform available online to be as good and trustworthy as some of the reputable casinos and should only gamble in those trustworthy platforms.

If it's about bonuses, I believe being deprived of your own funds is much worse than not having a lot of bonuses and promotions.

This story is not a piece of unknown news for bitcointalk.org. I just advise you to store your mining on any untrusted site then obviously need payment proof. If you withdraw before then my advice is to continue there. But without payment proof, why do you invest a lot of time there? I think you're not a foolish man but your activity is like as a foolish man. If you ask seniors in this forum then you obviously get better advice from the most well-known crypto traders here. In this situations I called you a fool guy because to make a proper decision then obviously you need more research about that.

I hope you will research more to invest your money or time. Time is more valuable than money. If you lost money then you can gain it again but i you lost time then you can't back. So everybody give the emphasis your own time.

To be honest, I haven't heard this crypto casinos, so for me this is already a red flag. But unfortunately, the user found to be reputable and trusted and so he plays and win big. But then again, it's another sign that if you win big and have problems withdrawing and asking for KYC and took time to be approved, then it's obvious to be scam.

Not sure how we can help the OP but him giving us warnings. Or if he can go to a mediator to see if his case is worth to be look at.

Op you know you could have averted this situation from happening to you if you had chose to gambling in a popularly well known reputable casino. There are many casinos that are lined up in the forum like Freebitco.in  for your gambling pleasure and with provably fair games never denying legible winners of withdrawing their winning in this way you have explained above in thread..

Now you made use of a casino am just getting to know for the first time which also is not in the forum (from what I know now) and there's nothing forum members can do to help because the betwinner don't have a rep or an ANN thread here. So we just accept you have given us a caveat to stay off from this betwinner in the future and we appreciate you warning for it's actually a stitch in time.

When next mate, please make do of casinos on the forum so such matters can be handle by forum members.

I don't think a lot of people have heard of this casino and it always wonders me, why people would play at unknown casinos when there are so many reliable and big crypto casinos available where you can play without any risk.

Betwinner interface is very familiar which I have seen before in bitcointalk as well. It's not surprising to see it's the same scam they were running.

Looking at the Quora link given above, the casino has been scamming many times too so OP is not the first victim. It's just unfortunate that he didn't know these accusations before depositing. Anyway, not that this post is becoming visible by the search engines, I think it will be known to newbies who will do their research before sending money.

This site looks an old casino but never had a thread here in Bitcointalk? wanted to ask how did you find this forum OP and start  making your accusation here because they have no connection here .

Never heard about Betwinner casino here in the forum. Therefore won't be able comment on thier KYC policy. It is always recommended to complete the KYC norms before you start depositing money in any casino. If you don't then they have all the right to stop you from withdrawal, when the amount is big.

What I am suprised here is the amount of harrasment you are going through after submitting your documents. I would recommend you to move your topic to the Scam accusations board. I am not sure whether it will help you as the casino in question doesn't have a ANN here. It will still make everyone aware about them.

You cannot just Drop accusation here without valid proofs not even conversation or emails , and besides you are having problem with a site that does not have representative in this forum meaning whom are we addressing here?

also like what said , provide Proofs of this accusation and Put a proper Thread in related section as Scam Accusation board for more better replies and maybe someone from here has also a experiences in that site, mind sharing where is the link to the site?

If they are scammers and you have proof to that then post it in the scam section to warn others, we don't want other gamblers have the same experience like yours and you can do this and help others by creating a thread in the scam section, Betwinner do not have an official announcement here so no one will address this issue but at least your report will be index by Google and become a reference for those who check their status if they are paying or not.

@OP you could have shared the screenshot of your discussion with the Betwinner instead of just typing it here.  This gives more credibility to your story since you have a captured evidence of your fund, your communications and how they demand you of the things you said.  Unless there is no proof shown as such, this case can be taken as hearsay.

I am not sided with the casino here but rather suggesting some pointers to make your post more convincing.


As far as I remember this casino had never post any announcement here in the forum, I believe @OP is posting to remind us to avoid this casino as much as possible because of its unethical and shady behaviour when a player gets a huge win or happens to accumulate a large amount of money in their bankroll.

Since this is a scam-related thread, the best board for it is the Scam-Accusation Board For you to move the thread to the appropriate board, just check at the left-down-corner of this your thread and you will be able to see the move option and you can follow the procedure, then select scam-accusations. 
 
I made a quick search about the casino here on the forum. I can't find their Ann thread, which means they might not have any representatives here. If I'm not missing out, there could really be a little bit a problem to reach them or the forum member to render any form of help in your case. 
 
But then again, all hope is always not lost, as many have been able to get a fair judgment from here, and their are some Bodies, which might also be able to help by reaching out to the casino and also hearing their own side of the story.

Such stories are not new here on this forum platform. If what you say is true, just be careful, and so you don't get fooled, study this Bitcoin cryptocurrency field.

So what is the purpose of your entering this forum platform? Just gamble with cryptocurrency or find out what's out there in the crypto space? If you just want to gamble, there is no problem. Just remember that if you gamble, you must be prepared to lose the amount of money you use while you gamble.

Total scam
I have played for few weeks, and now when I want to withdraw they ask for a huge number of different documents (ID, banking info, credit cards, crypto wallets, selfies, selfies with id and the mailing background with them...)
i have sent all the proof they have asked for. ALL OF IT. All original documents.
My current balance is 3341€. I managed to withdraw actually at the very beggining and have no problem at all. Once i started to win a little bit this shit started.

Betwinner answer when they have nothing else to ask is literally this one:

"Scanned copies and screenshots are not accepted for verification."
"Without providing the requested files any further actions are impossible. All further messages from you will be ignored."

i did not send any screenshot or scanned copies, all original.
they are not answering more emails and are keeping my money

After sending them a lot of more emails, photos in every angle, even selfie videos proving my identity, they asked for more crazy documentation, including more banks statements, utility bills, selfie with the utility bills.. and they are answering me is not enough and the documents are not correct:

"You should send us photos of utility bills for the last 3 months (e.g. payments for gas, water, electricity). Your name should be seen on it.
You may also provide us with the photo of the bank statement where your name and your address are seen."

"Please pay attention to the requirements of the Security Department, otherwise further actions are impossible."

Betwinner is fucking with me in a super high level


They don't want to pay. Period. No more excuses


Betwinner is total shame, scammers. They dont want to pay me my legal money.

Im a little bit desperate because i dont know what else to do.

I have never before played in this website. I really did nothing wrong and I dont think I deserve this treatment by their side
