I wanted to reassure you that the Onyx team has indeed posted a new update on their official account on X, as seen in this [link], stating that there is a recovery plan for v1-affected users to return their lost funds due to the previous exploit on their protocol. It's worth noting that the recovery plan for the first phase will begin in April of this year and will follow every quarter after that.

Please refer to this [article] they published on their official blog to know all the details. I hope, OP, that you will recover the XCN coins you lost. Once again, do your own research before investing in any altcoins, and please update this thread after you've recovered all your coins. Good luck!

Hi Guys

I have lost access to all my XCN tokens. i have provided liquidity in their website and the claimed that they were hacked in November 2023 and their website was taken down. They promised to reimbursed people but its been 3 months and they still have not returned anything to existing users. They have launched V2 version if their website and sucking more and more people in, I suggest you stay awa from these scammers. Look at community forums people complaining about lost funds.
Isn't this the same XCN that didn't start as a new ICO but a rebrand from CHN? Isn't this the same XCN that their admin will for whatever reason best known to them, kick out their members from their telegram group? Isn't this the same XCN whose price went down so much that people lost 50%.

Well a shitcoin will always be a shitcoin. DYOR and either invest what you can afford to lose or do not invest at all. In the end the loss will be yours and not that of the devs.

Hats off to your brother for guiding people about it. People nowadays don't care for others what they want is to get well for themselves and they don't bother for anyone else anymore so it's a good initiative.

If we talk about the loss you faced it can be the genuine reason if the project launchers but there are many less chances of that more of what's possible is that they might be trying to scam more and more people and after having good capital they might break down. It's a very good option to have deep market research before Investing into these kinds of altcoins projects. At last Sorry for your loss brother hope this heals you.

OP, I guess you now understand why we call them shitcoins. A number of them have no real use case and are a means by which the creators use to make money out of gullible newbies like you. Stop blindly and wholeheartedly supporting such useless projects. If you end up with their tokens, sell off as soon as you see some meaningful profits.

It's sad that you lost your investments. What's worse is that more and more people are being pulled into these shit coins for quick cash and their money is being burnt out of their hands. This is why full knowledge about what you're getting into is always needed de in the crypto world. In as much as being a risk taker is a good thing and helps you learn a lot, it is jive to know what you're getting into and then have calculated the risk behind it. Anyways, it's a lesson to learn for another day and experience added. It'll also help to keep people away from all the scammers and shit coins.

I just heard about XCN and I found it on Coimmarketcap as a coin, right?  From what I see, the curve continues to go down and has not potential for investment.  Because my principle is never hold coins below $0.01.  I also checked their website https://app.onyx.org/#/markets and I am suspicious of this website.  How could they have an exchange that only consists of 9 coins?  Who will use it for trading?  And I found that their ETH market price was not updated.

They have launched V2 version if their website and sucking more and more people in, I suggest you stay awa from these scammers.

Normally if an exchange is hacked, They are busy with insurance so they can return people's assets, not releasing new once.  I think this is their trick to stole people assets.  .  I think you should stay away from participating in their projects.  You may have to write your review on their social media and make the community carry out attacks to bring down their reputation so that they will lose.  Don't forget to include photos as supporting evidence. This is revenge cause they will not return your assets back. I hope you are get the best.

If they were hacked, the V2 version must include restoring previous currencies, canceling hacker transactions, or reversing the last 100 blocks or 1000 blocks. Creating a new version without compensating those affected by previous transactions may mean that they have benefited from that money and do not want to return it to users so that this does not affect liquidity (profit). Unfortunately, many do not take such events seriously.

We have alot of such projects who claims to be hacked and promised reebusrmemt to investors but at the end it will end up in just empty promises, this is why altcoins investment is a high risk one because there will be possibility that you lose some of all your money and what you will be left with we just be promised from the team.

But then if you put that Money in bitcoin, by now at least you should be in profits already since you mentioned that you started your investment since November.

I recorded a few loses  with altcoins sometimes ago and since then, I learnty lesson never to put hopes in any altcoins regardless what promises of high returns, I rather stay with the stability and secure asset's instead of chasing such empty promised high profits return on those shitcoins

you get xcn coins. then you add funds on exchangers that support xcn for their liquidity. why don't you immediately sell the coins if you get airdrops or free coins. because coins that have not entered large exchanges are still dangerous coins that can scam at any time.
