lot of them are sexual kind, I never downloaded such stuff, but, Amazon? really there is an app for amazon that contains that virus?
I think it will not be a amazon app in reality it could be a fake app made by the hacker only to fool people with the name and earn some easy bucks.

Faneagle easiest way to get infected is goto adult related sites or download adult games. I'm not scared because I have Kaspersky on my phone.
The virus is not detectable with any anti-virus app except CM Security as they researched on it to detect this kind of virus after getting requests from the user but they won't able to delete that from the phone till now.
The only way through which you can escape from this virus is posted above by me.

Hello, Guys recently I found a problem in my Device from last few days it was showing some ads on front screen with a gift icon after every hour and I also found a new app installed every few hour in my device without my permission.

I tried a lot to overcome this problem by uninstalling all the apps from my Phone but it didn't worked so i finally decided to reset it but unfortunately won't able to solve it.

Later then i installed anti-virus to find the problem but didn't get the problem until i installed CM security, from their i found that it is a virus i tried to delete the virus using the app but i failed every time i tried to do it.

Finally i decided to run my smartphone on safe mode forever but again it was shocking the this trick was also not working for me.
Then i disable my wifi, changed all the config of service provider to protect the virus from using it without my permission seriously it was horrible as it was using every resource of my Smartphone i'm still trying to find a solution for it.

Here are some tips for you to save your smartphone from this virus as it can't be uninstalled after installation.

As smartphone and tablets steadily replace computers in our daily lives, more hackers are turning their attention to mobile viruses. That's why you hear about new and increasingly dangerous malicious apps appearing weekly.

This week is no exception with the discovering of the "Ghost Push" virus that's infecting Android users worldwide. In fact, according to Cheetah Mobile's CM Security Research Lab, it's infecting as many as 600,000 users per day. So, how does it work?

Ghost Push comes packaged in any of 39 legitimate-looking apps. Once it's on your Android gadget, it roots it and takes full control. If you aren't familiar with the term, "rooting" lets you do anything you want with your gadget, including installing alternative versions of Android.

Once Ghost Push has full control, it turns off your Wi-Fi and then streams ads and downloads unwanted apps. Even worse, its is almost impossible to remove because it's deeply entrenched on your gadget. Anti-virus apps and even a factory reset won't do the job.

Your best bet is to avoid getting it in the first place.

The good news is that none of the Ghost Push apps are available in the Google Play store. So, if you only download apps from there you'll be fine.

You'll also want to make sure your gadget is set to ignore third-party app stores and apps from other sources. The same hackers are probably going to try slipping something into the Google Play store that tries to make your phone download and install a "Ghost Push" infected app. You want your phone to block that attempt.

On your Android gadget, go to Settings>>Security, and make sure "Unknown Sources" is unchecked. You'll now get a warning if an app tries to install outside of Google Play.

If you are using third-party app stores, here are the known Ghost Push apps that you should avoid:
