Lol myetherwallet.com (MEW) is the most trusted ETH wallet ever i used. Well even my friends they are all using MEW wallet because of the nice and we our all the one that have are Private Keys.

Yes myetherwallet.com is not a scam and a very trusted eth wallet, maybe this person is talking about that other phishing site that looks exactly the same so it would be better to bookmark the correct site to be safe and lets all be vigilant and careful since there are plenty of phishing site's these days.
myetherwallet.com most recommended to use. But, we must be aware to access any phishing sites as most possible we have been hacked. Be careful. Scammers are everywhere.
Stay away of any suspicious links. Stay safe!

I see people receiving email from MyEtherWallet that it is okay now. Is it really okay now?

No idea if it's fine. I recently checked my tokens from an ICO and it's look nothing has changed.

Just don't click any MEW link as posted by the twitter account of MEW team.

And just direct type the url of MEW to be more secured.

Thanks! yeah Im always keeping that in mind.

Don't mention it buddy, if you've got some updates also just post it so that everyone is aware of.

We are a community here and we help others who are new and before we are being helped.

I guess we never shouldn't click those MEW links.
It seems some people lost their tokens.

Not only that MEW links, there are many people sending a different kind of links in all the slack channels and sending a different link. May be we have to be very careful in dealing with all the links because we may lose all your money with these hackers.

I think myethewallet doesn't store email of the users because when you sign up yuo just create pasword then download json file. No email needed. How myetherwallet know your email. I think you should never click any links from myetherwallet. This is not myetherwallet but scammer who try to steal your asset.

There is NO Freedom without Privacy
This has nothing to do with the wallet, it's not a scam you scammed yourself by clicking a phishing link. Bookmark the site, use a trezor and stop claiming a site offering a valuable service is a scam when someone else scammed you.

I wonder why no cyber-police is trying to get all these scammers. This echosystem is starting to be infested by too many nasty predators, time to make some cleaning.

that's one of the major problem in crypto. There are too many phishers trying to scam people.  How does general people will feel safe in this environment.
Double check links or type them manual in browser, use bookmarks and you will be safe. Lots of people don't look what they are clicking and are not careful enough and when someone steals their passwords or private keys then they come here to complain.
I don't see any problem if you are careful.

You should really change the subjecet to something which is more communicative. By reading the title it looks like you're acusing myetherwallet to be a scam service. While in fact what you're trying to say is that there is a scam going on on Slack which can resukt in loss of funds.

Something more like: "Phishing Attack on Slack Targets MyEtherWallet Users to Steal Their Funds"

Not something new. These scammers are doing this the last few weeks. Everybody should be more careful and double check the domain (and that is valid not only for myetherwallet).
