Dear @Slow death

Ignorance of law excuses no one

Why REDACTED FOR PRIVACY

Europe is now covered by the world's strongest data protection rules. The mutually agreed General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on May 25, 2018, and was designed to modernise laws that protect the personal information of individuals.

Before GDPR started to be enforced, the previous data protection rules across Europe were first created during the 1990s and had struggled to keep pace with rapid technological changes. GDPR alters how businesses and public sector organisations can handle the information of their customers. It also boosts the rights of individuals and gives them more control over their information.

I can't believe that you're still trying to argue your case here. Whether or not your domain info is redacted for privacy or not is irrelevant when your entire business model is an obvious ponzi.

Claiming that you have an investment algorithm that is able to gain profits many times that of bank interest, having no legitimate, verifiable information on your company or proof that it is a regulated investment entity, and the fact that you offer HYIP like plans all point to the obvious.

Let me propose you this, if you are not a ponzi, why don't you use your own funds to invest, and keep reinvesting without offering this to the public? You could even take out loans from the bank that have a lower interest rates than what you are offering. But since you are a ponzi, what you want is people to invest, because you know that there is no legitimate business model here. The "trading algorithm" is completely fabricated. Even if you pay out investors, it will be unsustainable as you're drawing from new investors to pay old ones (although I doubt you'll pay anyone).

But there has been plenty of confusion around GDPR. To help clear things up, here's WIRED's guide to GDPR.

What is GDPR exactly?
The GDPR is Europe's new framework for data protection laws – it replaces the previous 1995 data protection directive. Previous UK law was based upon this directive.

The EU's GDPR website says the legislation is designed to "harmonise" data privacy laws across Europe as well as give greater protection and rights to individuals. Within the GDPR there are large changes for the public as well as businesses and bodies that handle personal information, which we'll explain in more detail later.

After more than four years of discussion and negotiation, GDPR was adopted by both the European Parliament and the European Council in April 2016. The underpinning regulation and directive were published at the end of that month.

After publication of GDPR in the EU Official Journal in May 2016, it will come into force on May 25, 2018. The two year preparation period has given businesses and public bodies covered by the regulation to prepare for the changes.

Wiki:
The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to individuals over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.[1] Superseding the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, the regulation contains provisions and requirements pertaining to the processing of personal data of individuals (formally called data subjects in the GDPR) inside the EEA, and applies to an enterprise established in the EEA or—regardless of its location and the data subjects' citizenship—that is processing the personal information of data subjects inside the EEA.

Seriously, do you want to use such an argument?

I've removed my negative feedback and will wait to see the face of: " Mr. Martin A.  "  the founder of the algorithm

This is going to be the founder of the algorithm, Mr. Martin A., a Polish born entrepreneur. Sooner or later he will show up and speak out publicly.
So, please take it in a broader context rather than being limited only to “our faces” which you asked about.

we will see if it will show the face and show us the miracle that its algorithm does, however this thread will keep

This is also our role, a role of a group of professional analysts, traders, mathematicians, IT specialists, technology enthusiasts.

Countless other ponzi schemes have said the exact same thing. This proves absolutely nothing. They probably can't even name the people that they supposedly "employ".

All you really need to look at to justify calling this a scam is the fact that they are offering such high returns without any sort of real business model. They are probably not even a ponzi in the sense that they will probably not even pay the initial investors, but rather just scam you out of your investment altogether. That has been the trend lately with these HYIP sites.

Also, take a look at their site. Extremely poorly designed and full of spelling mistakes. No legit investment firm would ever do this, period. Don't believe the lies that comes out of their forum rep's mouth. They're targeting newbies who are most vulnerable to these obvious scams, but all you need is common sense.
