have never heard about such exchange. it is not big, isn't it? Try to use bigger exchange later. And beware, don't use yobit for huge amounts, their support also never answers.

Hello,

About our Support:

Our support team responds to inquiries within 1 hour, but no later than within 24 hours.
The cases described above are known to us and were immediately answered. We can provide copies of sent emails with dates.
After our support team response, the user receives a message in the support team's ticket section: Personal Menu -> Support. And also a message is sent to mail that user has specified at the time of registration.
Why can users not see that they were answered?
1. Message went to the Email spam section.
2. When the user logged in to our system, incorrectly entered the email address.

Therefore, we always recommend that you first search for the support team in the ticket section: Personal Menu -> Support.

About Google 2FA:

I want to clarify what this is Google Authenticator (Two-Factor Authentication).
This is not our product, but the product of the global company Google.
Google Authenticator integrated into our exchange to ensure the safety of users funds.
There have never been any problems with the work of Google Authenticator itself.
Users were previously questioned about problems with Google Authenticator, but they found common problems for users and helped fix them.

Solution to the problem 2FA:

Probably in users gadgets do not synchronized time.

For a smartphone, you can do this in section Time Settings...
and then necessarily through the app Google Two-Factor Authentication:
1. Turn on the Two-Factor Authentication app.
2. Click on the dots in the upper right corner
3. Click Settings
4. Press on Time setting using the codes
5. Press on Synchronize now
Important: at this time, the smartphone must be connected to the Internet.

For a computer, this is done through the time settings in the control panel.

A link to the Two-Factor Authentication app and a short instruction can be found here: https://ore.bz/help.html
The two-factor authorization application for the computer (for the Chrome browser) is here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/authenticator/bhghoamapcdpbohphigoooaddinpkbai?hl=en

How to register and activate 2FA on Chrome browser shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLcrX5grdpA&feature=youtu.be

I apologize for my bad English.

Sincerely
Ore.Bz team

wow, but recently I got the coin listed in ore.bz. lucky for me to get this information, thanks for the information. I will be vigilant by not removing my phone. as long as we have mobile phone and authenticator may not be a problem.  Smiley

iam only say very brave
new exhanger, not popular exchanger, and have not official thread in bitcointalk but you deposit with is big money 0.2 bitcoin, equal 800 dollar
I dont know why do people keep on using or deciding on putting up money on those unknown sites or exchanges since there are lots of reputable exchanges which we can able to assure ourselves that our money was safe compared into this unknown  exchange and trading volume isnt really that big.People would normally cry later on when they do already faced a problem in the site. This should really be a lesson for him.

Agreed. I don't understand people trying out new exchange with no reputation yet and putting big amounts of coins and later would cry because the trading platform have run off with his money. If I going that route, I would just deposited small amount and see how it goes in the beginning. If everything went smooth then I would assume that its all good, otherwise I will stay away if I was not able to withdraw my funds. Its really painful to see member lost their hard earned money, its a hard lesson to learn.

Wait, what is ore.bz? I've never heard about this exchange.
Coinmarketcap is showing 0.06BTC trading volume in last 24 hours, and i see ridiculous bitcoin price there(6000$).
Please, use well known exchanges(such as bittrex) to avoid this kind of situations in future.
We can't do anything here to help you.

So i created a support ticket and tried to find some help. But the team keeps ignoring me for days! Not a single reply.

Beware of this exchange.
You can try to make a scam accusation thread in the scam accusation section and that brings the more attention by other person in your case and that will be better to give an awareness for anyone about that.
But is it your fault? It seems your 2fa already removed from your phone.

This is suspicious! I have checked the exchange seems like its just a clone site of some exchange site.I dont know whats exactly the site but im sure i did see this template on somewhere and also the suspicious thing on here is that prices are not accurate when you do compare the current price of bitcoin its a hundred dollars behind. For now just keep on sending tickets about on your issue.
