Remember that newbies needs guidelines because I believe that they are a novices in these community, and I think what they need to trigger their ambition is encouragement and advice, I could remember when I was a Jr member I took my time to read every thread made by senior colleagues so that I can post according to the topic.What op needs is observations, advice and determination to excel in the community, because no one that is not made of potentiality and creativity, because what we really need is theathway or directions that will activate emotional thinking or expand knowledge to be like others,
