Meme coins run on a lot of hype so you shouldn't take too much risk on these coins. Investing and holding is at your own discretion. In my opinion meme coins have very low performance in the market and investors don't think they are safe so I will never use these coins for investment. These coins do not predict any pump in the market. Will choose another coin for a long time.

I think for coin memes, community is very influential. because only with hype from the community can the coin move and can even pump more than 100% or even 1000%. However, you also need to remember that when the community shows Coinmeme sales, of course the price will plummet.
Therefore, if you are involved with Coinmeme, it is very important to continue to monitor how the community is moving and also not to invest here for a long period of time.

well if we are talking about profit we gonna need to admit the fact that some meme coins are having some good runs these days, you know these meme coins im not gonna mention it but those with billions market cap meme coin despite being labeled as meme coin are still doing some good bullrun, the thing with $WEN is that, well its become really hype after the airdrop so many people know this token, I think its popular enough even among those that focused on $JUP back then was shifting attention to $WEN massively.
the thing with $WEN that i thing could means that it still have potential of rising upe ven higher is probably because it hasn't listed in really popular exchange i mean kucoin is good enough but definitely not as big as binance.
but whether they gonna be listed there we don't know but overall seeing the trading volume its kinda possible I guess, the market cap still kinda low for popular meme coin anyway.
not financial advice though take it with grain of salt.

(...)Anyone else experimenting with $WEN?  What are your thoughts on the balance between the meme, the community, and the real-world tech innovation?

I also received $WEN from the airdrop event, but I no longer have them Smiley , and understand the story of selling something and it keeps increasing in price. But instead of regretting not being able to continue with them, I remember how happy I was before selling them and that was also a happy amount of money that helped me solve many personal problems.

I'm not too concerned about the possibility of these things in the space, as it's always the default crypto pump/dump and gets short term FOMO, so depending on the initial point of view it can be determined for itself buy/sell it.

I'm a cautious trader and I see the potential in $WEN because of the plan to list on Bitget, but there's the lingering "meme coin" factor. Is this built for a quick pump and dump, or is there something more sustainable here?

Idk, let’s find out. But don’t use your money (unless spare) to find out because volatility doesn’t care about our assumptions or hopes. It’s not that I do not invest in altcoins. I just like to remind people on the dangers of trading them (especially these new ones) because I’ve heard (and experienced) stories. Even expert traders are cautious because some tokens shouldn’t be held even for days as they are subject to dumping.

First of all it’s your money so if you decide that it must be worth it then you should go with what you think however meme coins are notorious for having no actual purpose or function therefore never upholding the value they’ve had before

Even with coins backed up by huge communities, they still do not have as much value as we would want it to be. I think the most important factor is utility and could drive coins forward.

Don't invest in a coin or a project that tells you some juicy words so people can invest in it. Scammers are under the disguise to lure someone to invest trap them there. And another thing again don't invest in a project that doesn't have an official website on it own. But from my research $WEN has an official website which is https://wentoken.org/ and coinsmarketcap shows that the coin is doing well in the ecosystem $0.0003266 but it is still far from reaching one dollar. Well you can follow your mind to invest in it. Id you want to continue the investment it is your mindset and if you think you have making profit so you don't want to continue again then it is your choice as well.

And as I said long term investment is the best.

If there is confirmed information about the listing two weeks or more ago, it is mostly rumors aimed at bumping and dumping, and therefore you should avoid investing in $WEN.
Usually, the listing news comes late, and after a day or two the listing takes place, and the price may rise or fall after the listing according to the liquidity that was distributed in Adrop and the future outlook of the project.
Listing is an important factor in changing the price, but sometimes listing leads to a decrease in the price and is not always an indication of an increase in the price.
I have seen these scenario on few projects due to sell off by recipient of the airdrop but buying any new listing right now particularly as we look forward to another exciting bull run could be a smart play. Knowing the right time to take profit is also crucial in this situation cos some coin can pump and dump.

Alright people, I've been in the crypto game for a while, but when I thought I'd seen it all, $WEN got me thinking the more. Definitely meme coins are not new, but the way this one started – with that fractionalized NFT of a poem is nothing but heaven. It makes you realize the community aspect of crypto is evolving massively.

And then there's the tech angle. I'm digging into this WNS just because of the idea of the super cheap NFT minting and automatic royalties that could streamline things in a big way, especially for up-and-coming digital artists. Seems like a win-win if it works as promised.

Fortunately, I also received WEN coins in my Phantom wallet as airdrop, probably for holding Solana coins, It ihas shown remarkable growth since then, but I didn't sell them and still holding to see further growth when it gets listed on any prominent centralized exchange like Binance and Kucoin.

Apparently, it seems like meme token and doesn't qualify for long term investment.
