Got it...I had to delete bfgminer.conf and start over with a fresh command line start so it saved the new conf.

I'm having the same problem...trying to solve this without going back to 12.

Ubuntu 13.04 + USB erupter +BFGMiner seems to not work.

I can get BFGMiner running but it only detects my cpu and I can't seem to add "-S all" to the command line as it rejects command line arguments for some reason.
