Three ASICMiner USB sticks do an aggregate 1000mh/s, use one tenth the electricity and are silent.

They can now be found for $15 or less each.

IMO, a BFL Single FPGA is worth less than $50.

So $100 is a fair price?

For the seller that is more than fair. A bfl single does what, ~800mh/s maybe 900mh/s. At $100 you're paying ~$110-125/gh/s which is about half an order of magnitude more than what they are going for now a days (in a month or less it'll be the full order of magnitude).
