Hello, I am getting quite worried, as BFL hasn't replied or responded back for quite a long time.
They aren't letting me know, or updating my status at all.
I also sent several replies through the site. And I never got an email from them, and I am
expecting an email to say something on the lines of
*yes we will need $599 for the trade of two asic miners from 3 BFL units.*

As trading is declared on the site.

I have over $1900 with them, and quite worried about this.
I am expecting updates or something.
Its been since June 18, and now its October 16.

Its not like I am, bossing around or anything, I am being quite reasonable,
and sending once every 3-4 weeks saying through there site
any updates? and things.

I am just waiting for one email, about an update. But no response since June 18?
That's unreasonable Huh

People already have order numbers, wheres mine?  Huh
I don't understand. I prepared for this since June, I should
be one of the earliest ones.

Hello, this is lightlord, I haven't gotten any confirmation yet
but I have said, That I want to delay my 3X832 Units for the ASIC about 5 months ago. Now since its only 3X832,
I saw that its 2X832 for one ASIC Miner.

Will you need $599, for another ASIC miner?
Haven't gotten an email yet. Will I get the 60 giga hash units?
Email at [email protected]

Thanks
David

Hello Jody,

I have heard about this at

http://news.yahoo.com/butterfly-labs-announces-next-generation-asic-lineup-054626776.html
-BitForce SC Single: a standalone unit providing roughly 40 GH/s, priced at $1,299

And I have 3 more on the way which two values about the price of above.
How long into these get released? Can I be on the first to receive list?
Could I trade these 2 of these units for this, so i get this unit first?

And on your site you also offer full 100% trade value.
Can I trade my Current BFL unit I have, which I have 4 in total.
For two of these instead? I will pay the difference and the fee.

Best regards
David

How did this all pan out for you in the end? Be interesting to know what finally happened.

This is incorrect, I paid with Paypal and received an order number.

Hmm, I stand corrected. Did this order number seem in line with the BitPay order numbers?

Bank wires and paypal orders don't have order numbers.

This is incorrect, I paid with Paypal and received an order number.

I'm also a little confused by what's going on, so maybe you could be a little more clear to Jody in your emails as well.

Did you receive all of your BFL FPGA Singles, or did they cancel the order as you expected?

As far as the order numbers, those were assigned from BitPay, so only people who paid by bitcoin has one. Bank wires and paypal orders don't have order numbers. What you're doing is right to get a response, but IME it does take some time.

Wasn't expecting this, but at least they replied.
They have over $1900 of my funds with them.
Not sure why they are saying *are you asking about trading*

I am not asking about trading, I am asking about using my funds that's
with them. And since I sent an email well over 5 months ago at June 18th.
I expect to be one of the first ones to receive this, but it seems everyone else
has order numbers, and I don't have any.

$1900 isn't enough for two, but I sent an email to bill me for the difference and things.
They never responded for 5 months. I should have two in place, and one of the earliest.

But I am hoping things clear up from here.

*I'm sorry but I am a little confused by your question. Are you asking about trading in your FPGA Single for a Single SC? You can do that online for $699 plus shipping.--Jody*

The last couple times I emailed them I didn't have any issues getting a reply in 1-2 days.

But, I just sent them an email asking to upgrade an early order to higher end units (from 1x 649$ to 2x 1299$). Sent it on friday (10/12) no reply yet.

I bet that if you email BFL with "Hi, I'm having trouble buying the $20k supercomputer with bitcoins, could you help me?" you'll get a response in 3 days.

Also, this is mostly speculation :/
