Are you guys using [email protected]? I tried early on to start a dialogue on [email protected] and received no response after a month. Within 24 hours I had a response from [email protected], so if you haven't tried that then give that address a shot. Otherwise wait to see if BFL responds here.

They haven't replied to my email sent three days ago either about my ASIC purchase.

BFL,

 I have made several attempts to get a response on two orders I made. Due to the lack of transparency I would like to cancel both orders. I hate to have to resort to using the forms but I feel like I have no choice. Can someone please help me address this issue.
