We are in the process of a redesign for the next generation.

When that is complete, the new models will go on sale.

We don't have a timeframe on when it will be available for ordering.

Please check our website for the new machines to come online.

We have changed our product line and the model

that you have chosen will only be shipped if a paid preorder was

placed before April 4th, 2013 is in our preorder queue.

All of our current models are available for preorder on the website.

We are not shipping ASICs yet as we are still testing the chips.

Prepayment is the only method by which your preorder is entered into the queue.

We are working to start shipping in the next couple weeks and have a backlog in the queue,

so new pre-orders, regardless of product or power consumption,

will likely ship sometime in August, sooner if possible.

We ship in strict order of payment date with absolutely no way to move ahead in the queue.

Thank you for your interest in Butterfly Labs, and our products.

Thank you Brian (whomever you are) for admitting that BFL cheated on the betsofbitco.in bet.

BFL will probably ship something, but I guess it's not going to happen in the next few weeks. Avalon is shipping batch #2 and batch #3 will follow soon. Asicminers shipping those weird 10Gh/s boards soon. Anything else?

I've got a BFL FPGA, waiting on my ASIC. Not scam, but not the best, either. Just a waiting game unfortunately

How long did it take them to shipped it to you?

I'm just wondering how long it will take before the people that preordered ASICs from BFL starts suing them for money. I know they are US "company" and they have something like "all sales are final" on their web page - but is there any customer protection in the US (I'm from EU so have no idea about US law etc.)?

So you want them to say "We won't ship" after they take your money?

Yes. Just asked my friend who made an preorder 5-6 months ago, he said he received nothing at all
Huh

how does that relate to SCAM when they are saying "We haven't shipped yet"  Huh

I think that BFL is scam. They will never ship. Their recent video on YouTube is fake too.

...Seriously?
