There is no way to translate the text from image directly. But you can do thing.. download any OCR converter and translate it..after converting image to OCR...

One of the best OCR that supports multiple languages are

1. Abby fine readers pro
2. Foxit Phantom reader.

You can try any of this they are best

Bhai play store pr bohat ache ache app pare hn jisme aap bohat asaani se karskte hn, agar aap pc mn karna chahte hn tw google pr search karne se ache methods aajate hn.

Try any OCR tool. Google Lens can also be of help, it can be used to extract text from images and then you can either translate it yourself, or use another tool like Google Translate (I believe you can directly use Google Translate from Google Lens, its integrated afaik).

There is a free online tool that you can use to change the text within the image. I have personally never used it but you can give it a try. It seems that it is very simple as per the notes that they have on their website but I think it will come with a watermark.
