The big change of the Bitcointalk Forum requires that Jr.Member have at least 1 merit.
Do you think this change of administrator is reasonable?
My personal opinion:
1. It will be fair to active members, longtime members and pioneers to contribute to the forum.
2. Limit the large number of spam accounts.
3. A Clear decentralization will help people to see the value of each member correctly.
4. Promoting new members will have positive contributions, to build a level playing field, a leading forum.
