So, you are assuming Biden got ousted as the nominee of the Democrat party for forces bigger than him and he knows need to take a decision in order to stop Kamala and Trump to face one another on November 5th? That does not make much sense in my opinion, specially if you consider Kamala is currently the vice-president of the country and has run with Joe Biden twice for the White House.
Biden may be feeling bitter over the fact he stepped aside to allow Kamala to take her chances against Trump, but for the sake of his legacy and the view of people could have on the democrat party, he cannot speak out but his true feeling on that matter.
