Just saw a similar topic, seems like the network is little congested. Just yesterday I was able to get a 20 sat/byte fees tx within an hour. You have given enough fees, try rebroadcasting or using a tx acceleration service.

I'm ever sent 0.04 with 0.001 fee and I'm expected it will at least 1 confirmation after 1 hour but the fact that I must wait up to three hour !
In your case it's normal thing especially when you try to send bigger than mine , you must put priority fee to get confirm less than 1 hour AFAIK

Because now the Bitcoin hash power has decreased in favor of Bitcoin Cash.
BTC from 13.84 Exahashes/s to 7.28 Exahashes/s.
BCH from 0.56 Exahashes/s to 4.32 Exahashes/s.

this should be on technical support. Better move it.

Anyway, i already accelerate your transaction via antpool and confirmtx. Hope it will confirm it asap and recomend fee doesnt mean it will be fast to confirm, sometime it will mess up. you can try too look at https://bitcoinfees.21.co for recomended fee or priority fee. Hope it will help

Your transaction has a fee of about 14 satoshi/byte.  Check this page to see how long it's expected to take for your transaction to confirm.

Note that it's possible the transaction could more or less time than that to confirm if the mempool gets more or less clogged or another factor like people sending more or less SegWit transactions affects it.  This is something that Electrum's dynamic fee system can't predict since it relies on humans' future activity.
I'm worried
It's fine.  You can accelerate the transaction with ViaBTC when they have space.  Antpool also has a transaction accelerator.

There's nothing wrong with your transaction, it's just that the fee is moderately low so it might take a bit longer.
Try ViaBtc's accelerator every hour change and you will possibly find a slot for your transaction, keep trying since their system is overflowed, you'll eventually get it confirmed. I've used it before.
